I did a review already but I must commend you on your customer service. Since this is my first time getting a hospital bed for my sister, I needed help. When I had questions a knowledgeable person helped me right away on the phone. I also got fast help when I sent you an email. The mattress I got wasn’t quite long enough for the bed frame so I just ordered a mattress extender. I didn’t know there was such a thing. Anyway, thank you.

Buyer Beware – Their white glove service is not what it is a cracked up to be, the pallet will be dropped in your driveway and you will wait 3+ weeks to get you product set up. They do not have a network of technicians to perform this set up; you will need to work with the technician schedule and not your schedule. Should you get a defective product they will want to charge you a 20% restocking fee, to avoid this restocking fee they will send you parts for you to replace as they do not have a network of technicians to replace that defective part in a timely manner. You will fight like hell to get your money back and yes I did do a charge back. Would you pay for defective merchandise, What do you expect. I had to threaten legal action to get this resolved
