I bought a ring on mejuri.
I got it sent over to France where I live.
I received the ring and right after FedEx is asking me to pay for tariff. Bare in mind it was not written anywhere on the mejuri website when I bought the ring otherwise I would have gone to another brand.
I ask mejuri to pay for it since it came out of nowhere and was not made explicit at all on their site but their refuse. I feel deceived and not respected.

Bought a Lab Grown Diamond Tennis Bracelet from Mejuri in December 2024. $3,150 before tax. Wore it routinely.
About a year later it fell off at work. I was at my desk working, looked down, and my wrist was bare, the bracelet was gone despite being on my wrist when I woke up that morning. The clasp had just opened on its own, no lifting, no catching on anything, just a normal day of being at the office. I always wear this bracelet (I only take it off to work out or do something strenuous) so I know it was on my wrist that morning.
I filed a warranty claim. Mejuri sells these as "made to last and perfect for everyday wear" with a 2-year warranty, and a clasp that fails during normal wear is exactly what a workmanship warranty is supposed to cover.
Mejuri denied the claim. Their reasoning: they can't tell whether the clasp actually failed because they don't have the bracelet to inspect. So because the clasp was bad enough to make the bracelet fall off, they get to say the defect is unprovable. If the clasp had failed at home where I could pick it up, presumably that would count. A clasp bad enough to lose the piece during normal wear does not. That's the policy.
No replacement, no store credit, nothing. Just an email telling me they're "happy to help should you have any other questions."
If you're spending four figures on a piece from Mejuri, know what their warranty actually covers in practice. I expected better at this price point and I'd urge anyone considering an expensive piece to think hard about it.

I placed my first Mejuri order in August 2025: a pair of earrings and a ring I had been waiting a long time to buy. As a student, I was hoping to invest in quality, long-lasting jewelry given the high price point. Within less than 30 days, I had to return the earrings: after barely 2 to 3 wears, they had turned from silver to a strange yellowish color. I was refunded, and since the ring still seemed fine, I kept it.

In November, I bought myself a second ring for my birthday. Both rings I have left from this brand are a complete disappointment. Despite wearing them only about seven times each, both have turned fully yellow. I take meticulous care of my jewelry. I do not wear it at the beach, at the gym, in the shower, or while washing my hands. I never apply perfume, lotion, or makeup with my rings on. I clean them with the cloth they provide and store them in their pouch every night.

When I contacted Mejuri, they initially suggested the issue could be resolved, then I hurriedly received a follow-up email saying they could not do anything, as this was apparently a "normal" issue. No refund, no replacement, no accountability.

For context: I have $6 rings from Brandy Melville that I wear while washing my hands and they are still in perfect, silver condition. These $100+ Mejuri rings did not survive seven wears with careful handling. If you wear silver jewelry, do not buy from Mejuri.

Firstly product range and quality. Value for money vis a vis other 'high end' brands. Responsive marketing to seal the deal. Excellent communication, delivery experience and follow-up. Definitely won me as a future customer.

The quality of the product I received was fantastic and met my expectations. The delivery timeline was very fast and I was updated often. The packaging is also very pretty and nice to have when using as a gift. I will definitely order again.

Customer service was prompt and helpful and my issue was resolved. I have experienced, though that the last two times I was asked to leave a review in exchange for a discount on future purchases, the discount code was never received and I checked my email spam folder in case it went there but no luck either time.
