Glucofix TECH blood glucose meter failures.
Menarini Diagnostics in Firenze Italy produces the Glucofix Tech, a small blood glucose tester and monitor control.
Using this little device is a big problem, for it malfunctions very often. I have one in use that worked ok, untill the batteries got nearly empty. After renewing the batteries, I could not get the settings right anymore.
I recently bought a second one to see if the problems persisted. Yes, problematic!
Trying to set the device right using the manual is not much of a help.
This instruction manual is far to complicated and extensive. And even the SET-instructions are false. E.g. trying to set the Time to 24Hrs mode is troubles.
I just want to measure the blood glucose value. Nothing else!
This GlucoFix TECH device takes me hours and still does not work properly.
Stress and frustration!
It looks more like of a blood pressure enhancer tool!
