Marianne at customer services was a fabulous asset to your company, I ordered 2 boxes of mini Needoh swirls. On arrival the outer box was squished but all looked ok. However when my son opened his box of Needoh 2 were popped. I reached out to customer services and all was resolved quickly. I got my refund (1 box of damaged swirls) plus postage even though 1 of the boxes was perfect, and my son got to keep the 2 unpopped Needohs. Absolutely amazing service 👏 ❤️

Item was competitively priced and delivered very quickly. The item I ordered needed customizing which was quick and easy, and when it arrived it was all correct.
The item (a man bowl) was well made, and a good size. Very Chunky. It was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. I will be looking again at this site, especially with more Birthdays on the horizon and Christmas fast approaching.

I bought a FVP FX90(Red 5) Drone,unfortunately the camera during manufacturing had been fitted incorrectly,I contacted the store and explained the issue,they invited me back to the Store and after verification of the fault they exchanged it for me instantly.
The Staff were excellent and very polite 10 out of 10.
