Avoid if you expect good after service! Leeds branch are totally inadequate. What’s supposed to be a company of high class vehicles does not deliver high class service. Infact it doesn’t deliver service! 2weeks our 4yr old vehicle has been with them. During one of the calls ( that we always have to instigate) they weren’t even aware our vehicle was with them! Shocking.

Veiling other reviews this looks pretty good I can’t afford even a second hand car only a bike so keep up great work hope buissiness starts booming

I am Really Disappointed that despite of Several attempts, numerous of visits to the service station and plenty of days of giving my car to the service station, the problems (the Tik-Tik sound from the rear side of the vehicle, AC not cooling effectively and more) still persists, even after changing several components and promises to get it fixed every time!
Several other faulty parts were identified during the inspection and already being replaced, but still the problems have not being resolved AT ALL!
This also shows the Inferiority of the Vehicle that at every visit some parts are being Detected as Faulty!

Also I want to mention about the Unprofessional & Careless behavior of the staff working in Customer Service as they do not response even on their promised time & I got my car back every time with some new problem caused by the service station. Limits crossed when the last time I got my vehicle back from them & it had a Thin Line Dent on the left rear fender (Caused by getting hit by another car’s door).
I now have lost my Trust & Faith in Mercedes Service Center & this vehicle, as despite of several attempts and even after wasting my Time, Efforts & Money, every time some new fault is being detected which show that the Vehicle itself has Manufacturing Defects. 
New Faults are being detected and previous one are not getting resolved after Months of Initial Report & Multiple Attempts by the different Service stations.
It Clearly shows that the vehicle is faulty and it has caused me Extreme Inconvenience & Shame to me in owning this car.
I Want my Vehicle to Get REPLACED Now ASAP!
I am feeling extremely disappointed & harassed by the Build Quality of your Vehicle, It seems like wastage of my Money. I am now Regretting my Decision to buy a car From Mercedes and i will definitely Do Not buy any other vehicle from Mercedes and will Never recommend it to anyone!

I have a g wagon and it’s beautiful and it makes me happy and I want you to know that it’s the best thing I have ever did with my self every 1 should have a g wagon coolest thing ever

I have Been told by Mercedes that I have to buy 2 new amg 20inch wheels as they have cracked. I am really disappointed as I bought 2 new wheels in March 2020 and now being told I have to buy 2 more.

The car is 1 year old. Inchcape told me to put a complaint in to head office as this is not normal all 4 amg wheels replaced in 1 year.

I put a complaint in and Mercedes complaints team were not interested and state this is not covered under warranty. Despite there being lots of complaints about amg wheels cracking in a short period of time

All I want is wheels that are fit for its purpose. It's not normal for all 4 wheels being cracked in 1 year.

Mercedes amg needs to accept they are putting amg wheels on cars that are not fit for its purpose.

Mercedes Amg this is poor quality and u need to do something about your wheels
