Nachdem wir einen Markenstuhl nochmals bestellt haben, wurde uns ein Stuhl mit 5cm niedrigerer Sitzhöhe geliefert. Die Reklamation wurde mit "Normänderung" begründet. Stuhl im Wert von 850,00 Euro bereits für einen 15 Jährigen zu niedrig.

Messerle in Mäder/Vorarlberg/Österreich will mir angeblich heute vormittag einen Bürostuhl liefern. Bis jetzt hat sich niemand blicken lassen.
Die Firma ist bereits über den schon vorher angekündigten Liefertermin hinaus. Eine erste Bestellung wurde erst gar nicht bearbeitet. Es mußte ein zweites Mal bestellt werden.
Eine Mitarbeiterin schreibt mir heute eine E-Mail und spricht mich als Frau an. Ist sie zu dumm, um festzustellen, das Alexander der Vorname eines Mannes ist?
Entweder der Stuhl kommt heute vormittag oder ich storniere den Auftrag.
Ich kann die Firma NICHT empfehlen.
Edit. Der Stuhl wurde heute vormittag geliefert. Aber ohne der Firma Beine zu machen, hätte es möglicherweise nicht funktioniert. Jetzt soll ich einen Erlagschein komplett selbst ausfüllen, weil sie scheinbar nicht imstande sind, einen mit der Ware mitzuliefern. Die Rechnung kam per Mail und ist auch noch schlecht zu lesen.
