As can be seen on my other reviews I leave honest casino reviews, positive and negative. All was ok to be fair to start with at Miami jackpots, got verified etc ok and although at times a bit slow no problems with withdrawals. Randomly few months later account was blocked from real play, assumed maybe some extra checks were being done for some reason, would take a day or 2 perhaps. Fast forward a couple weeks, account still blocked, no explanation from customer services despite requests,( that’s if you eventually manage to get past the chat bot and get your message to an actual person,) no email to advise or ask for extra documentation, literally just nothing. Couldn’t even request to take out the £10 that was stagnant in there as min withdrawal is £20. Got fed up and asked to close account. Deposit limits etc were in place so struggle to see what went wrong. There’s a lot of reputable casinos out there, just avoid this one would be my advice despite being advertised by some streamers on their website.

Does not reply to documentain, emails or live chat (even if it says 3-5 minutes wait time). They happily take your deposit but they wont allow any withdrawals.

Terrible customer services,I had an offer(deposit £20 get 100 free spins)the spins wasn't added so I emailed them(several times)I was told on first email I hadn't claimed them(I did,it went through my bonus page)I explained in my next email that I knew I'd claimed them because on deposit page it said MY BONUS,ever since my emails have been ignored except when I asked about the site being down,they replied to me within 24 hours but upon asking yet again what was happening with the missing spins I was ignored until today that is when I told them they was rude & to close my account(suprise they received my email & closed my account)
