Terrible company

Terrible company. My company started using them mid-year for retirement accounts and started automatically making contributions into a 401k. That's my company's fault, not Milliman. But I had already made the maximum contributions under a prior employer. I notified Milliman and they stopped future contributions. So far, so good. But they refused to refund the money they already received UNTIL NEXT YEAR with a W2. This was even though I sent them documentation from my prior retirement account showing the amount contributed for the year. They said that was "not adequate" and refuse to discuss or let me talk to anyone beyond their clueless customer service reps. In other words, they just want to use my money for free for a year. This company is bottom of the barrel.

Worst customer service out of any…

Worst customer service out of any company ever. There's a guy named Miguel who tried telling me that a document I had uploaded myself was a receipt they sent me. Tried telling me I was wrong when I told him I uploaded it and that it wasn't what I needed. Then he refused to email me the receipt I had recommended. Guy didn't even know what he was looking at but was supposed to help me somehow? I've been treated poorly by staff members over the phone. There's one woman named Eleshia (I think) and she's the best ever. If I have to call this company for any reason I immediately ask for her because she's the only one who ever helps me. If I had the option to change companies I would but unfortunately this is the benefits company my job uses. Such a terrible experience over all.

Where's my money?

Terrible website for starters. Very little information.

I requested a withdrawal to rollover into another account. I chose for the check to be mailed to me via FedEx overnight. They told me yesterday it shipped that day but couldn't provide the tracking information yet abd to check back today. I checked my FedEx account today and still no shipping/tracking information. I reached out to Milliman again and they said it did ship via FedEx yesterday and to check back with them tonight or tomorrow for tracking. I informed them again that I requested it shipped overnight. They have no idea where my money is. My Fidelity adviser has never even heard of this company. Terrible service.

This company gave false information to…health insurance provider

This company gave false information to a health insurance company to whom I was applying.
Based on their report I was denied: recent chemotherapy—which I have never had, nor cancer—
And COPD, which I also don’t have.
If asthma is mistaken as COPD in their reports, their software is unstable and broken and their reports
Are false.

Forced to Use Milliman

New employee and my company uses Milliman. I do not know how they are still in business and fear that they can't keep up with basic management of document transactions.
One of the worst company customer service that lacks basic user experience and knowledge base to deal in finances.

I really wish that we could give…

I really wish that we could give negative stars. My previous employer transferred all of our investments to Milliman. Since then, it's been nothing but a disaster. I've been attempting to close my account since last year. This past month I've attempted to withdrawal my funds and every day it's another excuse of 5 more days. I feel like I've had to jump through hoops just to get accurate information. Each time I speak or chat with someone with their company, I get a different response or explanation. I'm just waiting for them to request a blood sample or dna test. Stay clear from this company. They don't mind using your money and have no issues with who you are then but when you decide to withdrawal, they have no idea who you are, sad!

Poor customer service. Bad web design.

Poorly Designed website containing very little useful information. Terrible customer service. Their agents seem poorly trained and lack expertise. It has taken over four months to resolve an issue with a 1099 form. The company apparently uses an outside service for various tasks causing huge delays. I have asked multiple times to be emailed or faxed important tax documentation. In 2021, this kind of service should be a no-brainer. If you’re looking for loans or retirement services look elsewhere.
