Mia from TAM has been a great help with learning all there is to know with my new mindbody system. Been great to catch up each week and getting the software running the way it should be.

We went live with mindbody in July 7th by July 8 we realized the platform wouldn’t work for our mobile business was not user on the go friendly. I am asking to cancel it hadn’t even been 24 hours!

I think overall its good, but there are big flaws that don't seem to be addressed that other booking platforms have figured out: example, on average, we get 1-2 customer messages that they hit a broken link when they try to log into their account. That's a lot of friction for someone who simply want to book a pilates class. Not everyone wants to download an app. Then, I cannot easily see the total amount of visits from each customer on the schedule as they come to class, which makes celebrating milestones difficult. Then, even if we enable the option that memberships CAN be cancelled online, our clients dont see it. Support said it was a BUG and are supposedly working on it, but they also say no solution at the time so we're stuck and customer find it frustrating having to call or email to manage their account. It's also more admin work for us. Also, even if customers have all the notifications turned on, they never are asked to leave a review after their class, they need to go themselves looked into their past schedule to review a class which doesn't help us get reviews. I wish it was like uber, where you would get prompted to review your class the next time you open the app. Support is good but not excellent. Visibility remains the biggest flex of MindBody, which is what holds many studio..

It takes a month to solve the problem.
They don’t take responsibility.

Valeria (Andrea) was so much patient and great at explaining how to do everything. She was very quick to reply to emails and was familiar with my business which made it so helpful when I was making adjustments. I'm very happy I was transferred to her.

The company is doing well selling Mindbody business plan as an easy option to learning how to upgrade your business. I enjoyed working with Bianca, although I underestimated how hard it would be to learn how to use the skill. Not being a business major in college, I was a bit confused about how to sell our emails to make cashflow. However, I did enjoy just sending out emails for news, which I think is the point of having a plan that allows you send emails. I appreciate Bianca's work, she has stayed in touch even after we stopped our initial sessions and it's helped me to write this review, email Mindbdoy and ask more questions.

Wensley Mutete did a wonderful job explaining the ins and outs of the software configuration process and how to maneuver through my owner settings. Kylie Chance is an amazing business consultant and helped me get an amazing deal to get my business started. Overall, my team is so helpful and attentive. They are pretty quick with response time and very knowledgable with answering my questions.

Samantha is so knowledgeable! She has been available and so helpful, especially during training, we chose to train prior to opening our wellness center, and she's been extremely supportive.
