Very good experience

Very good experience - I ordererd high quality soap powder which was first shipped out to wrong address. Communication after that was excellent and prompt and the parcel was quickly shipped to my address.

A huge amount of time wasted to have nothing in the end

I went to their online shopping portal, looked for micro SD cards, selected 32 Gb size and hit sort by price (lowest first).
The first his was a class 10 micro SD at a very nice price, so without looking any further I ordered 2 for pickup at the closes shop to me. Later on same day I got notified that my order is ready for pickup. I go to the shop they ask me to pay before even showing you the goods then the shop assistant gos off to get me the goods. He returns with I 16Gb SD and 1 16Gb micro SD.
I ordered 32Gb size micro SD how can this be?

It turned out that there were 2 issues:
1) there was a problem on the portal that returned a 16Gb micro SD in the 32Gb micro SD search
2) there was a mistake in the assembly of my order and one micro SD was replaced with a normal sized SD.

The packaging of the goods is remarkably different ... I find it hard to believe that whoever packaged my order did not notice that the items are different.

In the shop they were not able to replace the incorrect item but apologized for the problem on the shopping portal.

The return policy at Mironet is complicated and it took me about an hour to get my money back.
Since I was obliged to bay before seeing the goods I had-to take them and go trough the return/refund mechanism.
The return/refund mechanism is not foreigner friendly and they asked me to sign papers, with a lot of Czech text on them, twice before giving the money back. No help at all came to even explain what I was about to sign.
The line with "please read carefully before signing" was big enough for google translate to give me the instant translation, the other 20 lines, that I should have read carefully before signing, were too small to do that.

The overall experience was very unsatisfactory and I ended wasting quite a lot of time to have nothing in the end.

First and foremost, we apologize for the incorrect product suggestions on our portal and the mistake in preparing your order. You are absolutely right — a 16GB card should not appear in a 32GB filter, and the mismatch between micro SD and standard SD during packaging is unacceptable. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide.

We also understand your frustration with the in-store experience, especially being required to pay before seeing the goods, and the complexity of our return process. Your remarks about the language barrier and lack of assistance with Czech documents are very important to us. We recognize the need to improve our return procedure and communication — particularly for non-Czech-speaking customers — and your review helps us identify where to make changes.

We are currently reviewing the filtering system on our website and will also reinforce quality checks during order fulfillment. In addition, we will work to simplify and clarify our refund process and provide better language support where needed.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and lost time you experienced, and although we cannot undo it, we hope to earn back your trust in the future.
