In reply to Mirrormania’s request for further information regarding my experience on 30 April. I left a message for them to call me back on Wednesday 30th April. After I left my Trustpilot review someone did eventually return my call on Friday 2nd May and the person who rang was polite and helpful. However I do think that waiting two working days for a reply isn’t really good customer service.

Great mirror, as described - delivered on time. Would buy again

My request for a bespoke mirror size was handled promptly and efficiently via email. Deadlines were met for completion and the mirror is equisitely designed and crafted. After -care advice was particularly useful for handling and hanging and the item was delivered without mishap and welll wrapped.

It is a special luxury item and the purchasing process also reflects this.

Beautiful high quality mirror. Easy to order and shipped in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company. We love our new mirror.

Insane delivery delay and No Customer Service at all!

failed to deliver on time, no update of any kind.
I tried to contact them several times for an update and sent several emails: they never bother to answer!
Finally, delivery arrived by miracle. I have been delivered within 10 days once I threaten them to report them for breach of their own Terms and conditions. But of course, no email, no apologise whatsoever. Delivery took 6 weeks!!!

I have just received my second mirror from mirror mania. Both my acquisitions are diamond-cut frameless mirrors. Both are fantastic and I have the latest Rosalva style mirror in my dining room. It complements my dining room suite perfectly as they are both curved. My first mirror hangs opposite the newer one through an archway in my dining room so I get even more reflections of both of them. I couldn't be more pleased with them and would recommend this company to anyone who requires a quality item to complete their décor.

I was waiting until the mirror was hung before complimenting your
company, but I did look at it when it arrived and it was beautiful.
The bathroom, where it will be placed is still under construction and
so I am very anxious to finally see it up!!!
There was a small dent in the crate and that worried me until I had it opened and found it to be fine.
I wish to compliment you on your wonderful service and product and
especially Christine who so expertly and kindly guided me through this
overseas purchase!

From start to finish the experience was fantastic. I spoke with Christine over the telephone initially who was most helpful and offered lots of guidance. I was emailed the design for my bespoke mirror and allowed to make some changes. I was informed of how things were going throughout and given a realistic timescale on which they delivered!. The mirror was packaged very well indeed and full instructions included regarding hanging and care of the item. I can highly recommend the service, quality and care afforded me in every dealing I had. The cost of my bespoke mirror was well worth it and I’m happy to recommend Mirror Mania for that something special.

Wow. Where do I start? Provided an image illustrating what I wanted to create and voila...a few weeks later - I have mirrors hanging on my wall that are a faithful interpretation of my original request. Will definitely use again. Plus the quality of the work is superb as well as little details such as the packaging. The mirrors came signed with the artists name - one gets the sense of the pride in one's effort (good pride that is) to sign off such quality workmanship. Would recommend again and again.

Ordered my mirror online and was contacted the very same day to confirm receipt of order! I was kept updated on the progress of my purchase. When ready, the mirror was dispatched in very sturdy packaging and arrived in perfect condition. I love my purchase and it fits in really well with the rest of the furniture in the living room. I would readily order from mirror mania again.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I placed my order during a particularly busy period and I was told I would need to wait approx. 12 weeks for my mirror to be dispatched. I was informed this was longer than the usual 8 weeks waiting period.

I absolutely love the mirror. It’s the best piece in my new room x
