Its a SCAM! Made an order 2 weeks ago but got no updates. Not responding to any of my messages or emails and not picking up calls. Don't buy from this company.

Poor quality stitching & workmanship of the Abaya. Disappointed to see that 1 inch of lace is missing off one sleeve.

The fabric quality of the cap isn’t good, and therefore £6 for a hijab cap is far too much.

No Returns & exchange only for Eid periods should be made MUCH clearer when purchasing. I purchased thinking I will be able to return, and literally repackaged the abaya straight after opening. It wasn’t worthy Eid wear, and today, when checking the return process again on Miss Abaya website, I see the notification re EID orders.

It’s great that you offer student & NHS discounts, but if you want to model on mainstream retailers, please also take the time to put additional website banners during festive periods to explain the small print. E.g Nike over Xmas always have banners re order delivery times, exchange & return extension periods etc.

The hijab cap purchased is nothing like the picture. What I ordered was a premium cap with what looks like space for comfort and ease. What I got was a bog standard hijab cap with a tie back from China

I think it's a scam I placed an order and the the money is taking from my account and on my bank statement it says Standplant.com . And have no order confirmation or tracking number at all . I try them but that number doesn't exist . I emailed them and no reply . So

Alhamdulillah bought an abaya as a gift. The package arrived the next day and was lovely. My wife really loved the abaya and the quality. Will definitely order from them again.

They had a pop up stall at a event I went to. Wasn't a huge stall but then again all the other stall holders had similar sizes. They did have racks of abayas with different abaya styles and colours. Since theres lots of sizes i saw it was getting a little hectic with the amount of people asking for their sizes but I did manage to buy myself a floral embroidered abaya for £25. I could see they were lowering prices when someone asked so make sure to ask for a discount if you visit their stalls. Lovely staff members too.

First time visiting a pop up shop and bought 2 abayas for £35 each. They gave me some codes to use online so will definitely shop online next time.

Normally during Eid, companies tend to increase prices and say it's a discount but i gota give it to this company for having a everything £45 day sale. I haven't seen other abaya companies lowering prices. Will return next Eid.

Really wanted this one abaya for some time but waiting on the stock to return. I've purchased another design which did have my size and i think i love it more perfect fitting on the sleeves. Quick delivery, order was placed on Thursday and delivered on a Saturday. Thank you x

In search of the perfect wedding abaya, my daughter and I found miss abayas latest collection which had the rouge abaya just ideal for the wedding party we are going to. Delivery arrived came in 2 days and it was just as beautiful in person. Recommended!

Really nice abaya, went for the gift wrap option and came in a really nice rose gold box and was delivered quite quickly.

Very unprofessional company, customer service are rude and not able to communicate at all, returned item emailed several time requests a refund or change of item no response, out of pocket £60 will never purchase any item from here or recommended to any friends or family.
