Certainly improving service
I've bought FFXIV Gil 3 times now, and admittedly I had an issue or two previously, but the service has improved in the short time I've been with them (and nice to see that you added the pop-up reminder on contacting via the Live Chat for buying off the Market Board for us!) and always a friendly response.
