The process to determine what model of device and features was made easier due to assistance from the sales person.
The set-up of the device was simple to follow.
My Mom likes the devices, it is not difficult for her to use, and now we have more comfort that she now has a way to alert if there is a medical issue.
I liked also that the equipment is free.

I made a complaint last week about my system not working and today my system also is not working when I did the monthly test. I called and was told technical support is closed until Monday and there is no support for issues on the weekends.
So my system is not working again. Anyone I interested in purchasing this system i would recommend you do not get involved with this company.
They do not have 24 hour help available.
They should really add a zero to the stars because they deserve a zero for extremely poor customer service and no support available when needed.
Product is fine, but end-of-use process is punitive
The communications product was straightforward technology and customer service was adequate and responsive. My main complaint was the end-of-service set-up: when you stop using the equipment, they make you return it at your own cost. Given that my mother had been using the device for over 6 years, for which we paid MobileHelp over $1800 and tested the device maybe 3 times but otherwise had no interactions, I would expect them to just decommission the device and had us discard it. Instead, they add the speed-bump of device return, not because they want the device back, but because it will keep the clock running on their monthly billing. For people who use these devices, getting it packed up and shipped can be a major project and hassle. The device is NOT expensive or fancy technology; it's an analog telephone with a big green button that calls MobileHelp when you push it.
Disappointing customer service
Very easy to purchase and implement service. The sales team is great. Unfortunately, the customer service team is difficult to access. Beware!

I was late on payments because I had been in the hospital. They called my 80 year old mother whose husband is on his death bed harassing her about my payment. I have not given them permission to contact her. She is my emergency contact only so beware they will call and harass your emergency contacts even without your permission. They don’t care. Also forget about it if you need them on the weekend. Customer service is closed. I will be contacting the state attorneys office about them contacting people without my permission
Extremely bad experience
Extremely bad experience. Took very bad fall, it had head injuries and back injuries push the button long response time first connected to a bot to ask you questions and then you finally transfer to your representative several minutes later or it seems like several minutes released and then tried to cancel and it's almost impossible to cancel and return the equipment they did put you on hold and they don't come back. I've been on hold for 20 minutes twice now. I'm gonna have to make a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.Probably get my service canceled, not happy.Stay away.There's so many good services out there.This is not one of them

I am helping a dear friend who has fallen at home and lay on her floor for 20 hours until being discovered. I researched the many companies and found one who offer a waterproof wearable emergency button. The wearable (wrist/necklace) device has a battery that lasts for 7 to 10 years without needing recharging, and the subscriber does not need a landline or a cell phone.
The system reports to local EMS and personal contacts, and starts working by simply plugging in the base unit. They encourage the subscriber to test the system often by connecting to their 24 hour operator by pushing the button. The system will call for you if it detects a fall.
The agent, Aaron, in a 45 minute phone call, patiently and thoroughly explained how everything worked, and answered all of my questions. I signed my friend up on the spot for a one year trial. Completing this connection was a big relief.
Do not go with MobileHelp fall…
Do not go with MobileHelp fall detection service. They have unfair billing practices. I was billed for 2 months service even though my 97 yo mother no longer lived there and I called them to turn the service off. They then harassed me with phone calls and letters. Stay clear of them.
Terrible Customer Service M
I have Mobile Help for my mom and I will say I like the products, and how effective they are, however I am not pleased with our experience on 3/20/26. My mom accidentally hit her device around her neck. Normally, Mobile Help will contact us to verify if it’s a true emergency but NO ONE NEVER called. They sent EMT to our home which resulted in our door being kicked open. I have been contacting the company since 3/20/26; have yet to speak with a manager; they CLAIM they called which is not true we have caller ID and my phone was directly next to me.
This is the worse customer service ever and I am only requesting to speak with a manager for compensation for the damages of which is going to take a month to replace. I’ve been advised to take legal action, which should not be situation. My last call to them on 4/6/26 I was informed that Latifah the manager would contact me at 10:00 am EST. It is now 4/7/26 9:41 pm EST and I’ve yet to hear from Latifah. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst company experience I have had in years. Paid for 2 day shipping of the first unit. Didin't arrive in 2 days. Didn't work when arrived. Was told a new unit was overnighted. Didn't arrive overnight. Fall detection on the 2nd unit didn't work. They are now overnighting a 3rd unit. An extra charge they said was "a mistake" was added to my credit card and still has not been refunded. So far I have spent days on the phone, around 10 calls, been on hold for 9-10 HOURS, with 2 junk units I now have to return. My 90 year old mom is home from rehab and NOT PROTECTED. The message I hear on hold, on a loop, 10,000 times, says they are an "industry leader." What a joke. I hate this company. My mom lives alone and is currently at risk, because of this shoddy company and their trash products. A week of wasted time, 10 hours on hold, 2 units that belong in the trash, and a 90 year old woman with no protection. Some industry leader. This company SUCKS.

Poor Customer Service
I had MobileHelp for my mother for over 3 years. She wore it religiously and it gave me piece of mind.
After she passed away I called customer service and they informed me I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO RETURN. In my opinion, not good customer service especially after your loved one passes. They never notified me that they received the machine. No follow up email to thank you for using their product.

MobileHelp charged my mother over $550…
MobileHelp charged my mother over $550 - a year after we canceled her account. I packed her device and wrote a letter and sent it in, as per their procedure, and a year later they've charged her again without our knowledge or permission. When I called customer service, they want me to sign another letter canceling her subscription but can't tell me if they'll refund the $550. I've reported this as a fraudulent charge to my bank.

Mobile help…thieves
This is the most DIS- honest company ever. I received Mobile Help and they told me I had a 10 day trial with no hidden fees. The unit did not work in my wooded area so I sent it back for a refund within 10 days. It’s been over 30 days. I have not seen a dime. I’m going to go to every paper and every review to give them a zero to one star rating do not get involved with them. They’re extremely dishonest.
