No response and charge you without consent

They don’t get back to confirm your online application for a month and half through mail nor email. Then they mail you the application forms, and then the bills, all without your consent nor knowledge.

In my case to change a body part from…

In my case to change a body part from my car took 5 months. Thanks to K.Ing Garage Wollerau, Herr Löffel und Herr Abegg Die Mobiliar Expert, who insisted to repair a Carbon piece not replace cause costs are to high. So is the Insurance costs too. That’s why the Garage K.ing Wollerau gave me back a „botched „ car. Looking the same after the Accident. Second try, December was finished. I understand was normal to get in contact with the Expert Herr Abbeg, be informed about costs and what exactly is fallowing to be done to my car instead after numerous attempts over mail and telephone The Mobiliar Expert never once answered my question or sendet some kind of information . Just lousy. I felt as my insurance worked against me not with me.

Terrible. Absolute scam(mers). Charging for something that is no longer under your name and doesn’t belong to you. Illegal and unethical practices. Stay away.

They will sell you anything but when you want something they have very unfriendly attitude. They make you feel small.
