Unfortunately this company does not want to know when there is an issue after sales.
My elderly father’s tempered glass shower screen door completely exploded one evening! On googling why this might be it seems the most common reason is Microscopic nickel impurities can accidentally become trapped in the glass during manufacturing. As his shower was fitted 29months ago, he has to pay for the labour to fit the replacement. This has to be paid immediately before a fitter can be booked in. The fitter has been booked in 3 times and 3 times they have failed to turn up! Now a 4th fitter has been booked in 4 weeks after the incident! They promise to ring you with updates but haven’t once! I’m hoping this 4th fitter will turn up but I’m not too optimistic!
I’m very pleased to have my Mobility Plus Walk-in Bath because I can’t get into an ordinary bath at all - and forget trying to get out!
But I do have a few reservations about my purchase :
- the door aperture is very small and I find that I have to access it sideways
- the tap issuing the water is extremely small and therefore the delivery of the water is very slow, leaving you feeling cold by the time the water fills to your level of requirement. In my case, covering my legs completely
- in addition, I find that the maximum
temperature of the water isn’t hot enough
- another reason to find yourself sitting on the bath seat waiting for the water to fill up, yet even when the water level is what you want, you don’t feel warm enough
- I have asked for the temperature to be raised and a wider tap to be fitted, however I have been advised that I will have to sign a contract to exclude any claims arising to do with either of these 2 additional features.

The installation went well and
the workmen left everywhere tidy at the end of each day. They gave me plenty of warning when they were going to turn the water or electricity off.

At 86 years of age I was anxious about having my bathroom replaced, you hear so many awful stories of things going wrong. From the very beginning with Mobility Plus, I knew what was possible and what was not. There was no long wait for a start date. I received daily phone calls from Lewis to see how I was managing. Of course at the planning stages no-one really knows what is beneath the old bath or where all the pipes and stopcocks are and there were a few bumps in the road where these were concerned. Truly, if I had maybe used a less known company there was every chance they wouldn't have returned. But Laurance the project manager kept in regular contact, popping in to see how the job was progressing. For me, my plumber Jacub was so good, my bathroom was a challenging project and he was just so calm and just got on with it. There was little mess, all the rubbish was taken away, I didn't have to worry about anything. The result? A beautiful bathroom, I really couldn't ask for more. I really would recommend Mobility Plus.

I had to wait longer than expected for our walk in shower to be fittedphoned constantly for a date But the staff were very polite and friendly and sorry for the inconvenience
But when the shower was fitted by James who was a very hard working young man very polite and professional we were very pleased with the standard of shower .So for a hiccup at the start all went well in the end.

There was some confusion over the start date, but once Lucas the installer arrived, all that was forgotten. He did an excellent job, and took the time to ensure everything was finished to a good level.

Excellent workmanship and products absolutely delighted with the finished bathroom. Both Kiko the fitter and Sameer in HQ could not have done anything more. my wife was dreading the mess and upheaval, but everything went smoothly no mess at all. A big thanks from us both.

Excellent, from start to finish.
The salesman Tony explained what he felt we needed, there was no pressure at all. We chose our unit. Customer service contacted us regularly to keep us aware of the timings etc. The fitter Ricky was spotless with his work and an excellent fitter.

From the first phone call to find out more about Mobility Plus to Kryzstof actually doing the work. Everyone who came to our house was kind and polite and no one gave us a hard sell it was all our choice. Then Krysztof came on time to do the work what a worker he ran on coffee there was no mess the stairs were protected and when he went home in the evening everything was pin neat Would have him to work for us anytime.
