Don’t go to this casino or play on the app! I signed up for the app and the promotion was 500 bonus spins and up to 1000$ in casino credits! I have 100 free spins that I still have not seen and I started the account on May 28th so I am past the 10 days! What’s even worse is that I have been trying the support for the past 2 days. They have not even responded not once! I spent at least 2500 in the past 10 days and that’s losses! I don’t want anything extra and I know you always lose at the casino but these people shouldn’t be able to lie and advertise something than not give it to you! I will keep writing these reviews everyday and if I can stop one person from going on to this site it will be worth it. I know they don’t care because people are still going to spend and lose money. My only avenue is to try and help someone else from wasting there time with a corrupt company that doesn’t honor what they advertise!!!

I have to say that this gambling site Mohegan Pennsylvania it's absolutely pathetic. They say you can sink your momentum card sure it's great what do you get five cents on a hundred bucks it adds up but you can't sync it it comes back with a problem so you've been over $2,000 and then finally to get your card synced you think they can retract your play because it's on there they can see what you've played. My biggest frustration is when I actually hit and then the screen goes blank and you have to log back in and that massive jackpot that you just won that you didn't get a screenshot of is gone you win 24 cents when it was like a big time multiples on the screen. Also timing out gives you an hour and you have to log back in and it's not my internet it's their systems I have spoken to someone and they said they have a lot of kinks in their system well you know what you're making a fortune online ripping everybody off especially with the wheel because one minute they spin it next minute it's over it turns blank and it starts to buffer well what's happening and then you lose your $6 bet. I will be going back to Bally's in PA to play because mohgen pa can't get their crap together. And since it went from Mohegan Sun to Mohegan PA they are tightwads.

What are shame that when their casino app slots malfunctions, you lose your money. They deny anything went wrong on their part. They'll say anything to not acknowledge their game malfunctions or any money won from it that was payable. And it's even sadder that once you close your account, they don't allow you to be reinstated. So sad to see a business so corrupt and provide poor customer service.

Cancelled my online casino account without any reason.

I suspect because I know how these "random" slot games work and minimized my losses.
