I attended the TWICE concert at Ziggo…

I attended the TWICE concert at Ziggo Dome on 31 May 2026 and was removed from the venue by security under circumstances that I strongly dispute. What concerns me most is that I was attending as the responsible adult for two 13 year old girls, yet I was removed while they remained inside the venue. Despite my requests to move to another area rather than be expelled, no reasonable solution was offered. Following the incident, both Ticketmaster and Ziggo Dome directed me to MOJO Concerts as the organizer responsible for the event and security operations. I submitted a formal complaint to MOJO Concerts on 2 June 2026 and received an automatic reply confirming reference number 2130952. The message stated that they aim to respond within five working days. As of 9 June 2026, I have not received any substantive response, update, or acknowledgment beyond the automated message. The most disappointing part is not only the incident itself, but the lack of communication afterwards. When customers raise serious concerns involving security decisions, minors, and requests for an investigation, they deserve timely and professional communication. I am still waiting for MOJO Concerts to review the incident and provide an explanation.

Misleading ticket sales and unfair pricing

I bought Drake concert tickets through Ticketmaster for a concert organized by Mojo, the moment they were released, paying €339.50 per ticket, because it looked like only a few seats were left. The seating map made it seem like we were grabbing the last spots available. Out of fear of missing out, I purchased immediately.

A short while later, hundreds of additional seats in the same section—right next to ours in the same row—suddenly became available for less than half the price: €140. Nothing about the stage setup changed, no additional perks were included in our tickets. We simply got tricked into overpaying because of a manipulated ticket release strategy.

MOJO refuses to offer any kind of compensation, hiding behind the excuse that prices can change “just like airlines or hotels.” But this isn’t dynamic pricing based on demand—this is deliberately misleading customers into panic-buying before releasing cheaper options.

I will think twice before ever buying tickets from MOJO again. Their practices are deceptive, unfair, and completely disrespectful to fans who support artists by purchasing early. If you value transparency or fairness, look elsewhere.

My experience was very good

My experience was very good, don’t know why others have so critical judgements. I had contact with Monique and she was very helpful and replied almost direct on the mail.
My order has some delivery time, and they were willing to see if the delivery could be made sooner or another suggestion was to have a similar model that was in stock. I was welcome to visit their nice factory in Tiel.
With some arrangements I was satisfied that they are so cooperative.

For the ones that have judgements, please try to be friendly in your communication.

Had a very bad experience with…

Had a very bad experience with Ticketmaster where I bought a MOJO concert tickets in a pre-sale for fans only to be ripped off 100e more for the same ticket category then if I waited a next day to buy regular tickets. So thanks MOJO and Ticketmaster for ripping-off fans and luring them to earn even more profit under pretext of a special care and conditions.

Company disrespectful to customers

at the beginning of the year I went to an event organized by them, on the day I had problems with my seats and me and my family were unable to watch the show.

In February they confirmed that they would refund me and since then they have not paid me yet (June) and on top of that they have not responded to my emails anymore, I already tried many times contact by email and whatsApp.
