​Ho acquistato una confezione di "Zero…

​Ho acquistato una confezione di "Zero Sbatti - Vaniglia" (Preparato per Muffin e Mugcake). All'apertura, la confezione risultava integra e priva di lesioni esterne. Tuttavia, versando il preparato nella ciotola, ho notato la presenza di insetti infestanti all'interno della farina (vivi e non). Disgustoso. Ho segnalato l'accaduto al servizio clienti e qualità dell'azienda che mi auguro abbia avviato le opportune verifiche sulla linea di produzione e confezionamento.

Servizio Clienti pessimo

Ho acquistato un loro prodotto presso IperLando di Veggiano, dopo una settimana in credenza sono andato ad utilizzarlo e al suo interno c'erano una infinità di bestioline vive..
Io dico, può capitare che avvenga qualche tipo di alterazione specie nelle farine, quello che non deve capitare è il disinteresse e la mal gestione del servizio clienti di questa azienda che è decisamente pessimo e scorretto. Mi hanno proposto un codice sconto per comprare altri prodotti.. ma io dico.. prima rimborsami quello che ho comprato e poi forse farò altri acquisti!!!
