Good service

Dave communicated well and arrived promptly. He was very professional and after checking over existing water filter advised beyond repair and replacement required. All fitted quickly and was tidy. Very pleased with service.

Fixed my issue first time round- he…

Fixed my issue first time round- he didn’t know what he was going to be faced with when he arrived but he had all the parts, performed a service on the softener that I wasn’t expecting. All fixed within an hour.

A great experience

Our water softener has not been serviced since it was installed 7 years ago and was starting to show signs of ageing. Dave W was assigned to our job. He informed us of his expected time of arrival and arrived on time. Dave proved to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what I had been doing wrong for the last six and a half years! He completely refurbished/rebuilt the machine and explained in detail what he had done. Dave is a great ambassador for Monarch Water.

Absolutely brilliant service.

Absolutely brilliant service.
Dave W saw the job on the system, opted to come round on his way home.
Ours was past its prime but he was able to replace straight away.
Great service. Very pleased.

Softener repair and service

Dave W arrived on time to service our softener which was 4 years old, had a problem but not yet been serviced…our fault!
He quickly identified the problem and fixed it and comprehensively replaced all relevant parts.
He was extremely courteous and a great ambassador for your company.

My Monarch softener had broken down, it hadn't been serviced for nearly five years, my fault! Monarch arranged for an engineer to call in a few weeks and sort it out. Dave W, the engineer arrived as arranged, all serviced and sorted within an hour, no fuss, no mess. I've now got a service contract.

Dave came out for our service? As he did 2 years ago. Very nice man, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He is the reason I will continue to use Monarch.

Our old water filter was beyond repair

Our old water filter was beyond repair. Fortunately Dave had a replacement unit in his van and was able to install it immediately. He thoroughly tested it and explained how we should fill it. We are very pleased with the service received.

Richard was great

Richard came to fix a fault where my water softener was holding too much water. He arrived on time, was friendly, polite and located the problem immediately. He explained what he was doing and I was delighted there was no charge, as it was within warranty of a previous visit. Excellent company to deal with thank you
