DOESN'T PAY OUT and IGNORES EMAILS
On September 17, 2024, I took a survey which required me to watch The Apprentice. This movie is an hour long. After you watch and answer some questions at the midway point and at the end, they tell you that you are going to receive a $10 Amazon gift card within 24 hours. After I completed that survey, I clicked on another one, and it was the same survey again. I tried to exit out, but I got a message that said something like: 'we received your request to exit, but you will not be compensated unless you continue'. So I watched this movie again hoping for two Amazon gift cards. So after 24 hours, nothing. 2 days, 3 days, a week, nothing. I have reached out to these people on September 21st and 25th with the screenshots. No response. I've been on their so called website trying to use the contact us. After putting in my issue, the page got stuck...for a long time. I could not submit it. It took so long, that I just closed out. I tried this two or three times. So then I google the company and found another way to contact them at another email that was located somewhere in the US. No response. I sent them a message via X. Still, no response. When I watched the movie the first time, I had no idea that it would start right away. I had to take the dogs out, fix me some dinner, use the bathroom, etc. but I saw it through. This place is a fraud. Misleading. Cheaters. Wastes your time and doesn't make good on their promises. I complained to the survey platform but they couldn't do anything and told me to get in contact with these people. I sent the survey platform another email making them aware that there are a few companies that are cheating people of their compensations; having you do a full survey, then only award you only 1-3 points at the end instead of what was said in the beginning, including these Monet people.
