Customer service is non existing. Their ai never even gave a suggestion i would recomemd any one who doesbt want ti control their money to use this app. They will take money out of ur account for ur subscription. But u cant spend any of ur money. They are not worth the download.

The instant withdrawal is amazing 100%,the problem is the withdrawal fees are quite too high.

Zero proactive communication. My dormant funds were transferred to Skrill/Paysafe under regulatory changes, and Skrill did not contact me at all to inform me or help retrieve my money. I only discovered this by contacting Binance myself. I have now been waiting over two business days with no response to my ticket, despite promises of a 24–48 hour turnaround. Please locate Case ID #34224789 and return my funds immediately!!

Skrill is a genuinely excellent platform and very easy to use for personal transactions. However, I am really disappointed that I cannot use it for my professional needs. I was informed that I cannot open a business profile at all. Since my business activities and transactions account for 50% of what I do, I have to give them a 50% rating (which is why I am giving 3 stars). If I could use it for my business, it would easily be a 5 out of 5!

**£50 Transfer Still Missing – Very Poor Customer Service**

I transferred £50 to my Skrill account on 31 August, but the money has still not appeared.

I have contacted Skrill several times, but I keep receiving the same generic response without any proper investigation or solution. They have now stopped responding altogether.

It is extremely frustrating and worrying when money goes missing and customer support does not take responsibility. I simply want Skrill to locate my transfer, credit the £50 to my account, or return it immediately.

Very disappointing service. I would not recommend Skrill based on this experience.

Unable to access my account and receiving no effective support

I have been unable to access my Skrill account for approximately one week, and I currently cannot access my funds.

The problem started when I tried to reset my password. Skrill says that an automatic password reset email will be sent, but I never receive it, despite requesting it multiple times and checking my inbox and spam/junk folders.

The system then told me that the automatic password reset could not be completed and that I needed to contact Skrill Support.

Since then, I have contacted Skrill through several channels and submitted multiple requests, but I have only received automated responses and no effective solution or clear timeframe.

I am willing to provide any documentation necessary to verify that I am the legitimate account holder. I simply need a clear way to regain access to my account and my funds.

I hope Skrill will review my case urgently and provide a proper response and resolution.

It being fast and good rate so far but the charges is too much

Scam company. Sent funds to friend and had the money taken out of my account but when she tried to log into hers, she was logged out and given message that account was closed and thus leaving both of us with no easy recourse to recover the money. It’s unfortunate that we will have to take legal action to recover such a small amount of money.

Follow up - You’ve received multiple contacts from both myself directly through your chat feature that you have ignored and a very polite email from my friend who you have stolen from. Throwing around a generic “contact us” link is disingenuous at best.

My experience has been Great with Skrill, it is secure to hold cryptocurrency and funds with the ability to trade effortlessly.

Skrill closed my account without any prior notice. I have tried reaching support through Chat Box, email and Sofia (useless AI Agent) even through Instagram but they never replied. It's so frustrating. My Skrill account is linked with my brokerage account. I am trying to reach support but no one replied. Very poor support team.

I handle the payment flow for a Skrill merchant account. The account was closed without any warning or explanation and has been non-functional since. There was no notice, no stated reason, and no guidance on what we needed to do.

I raised the issue through Skrill's urgent services channel and then escalated to the sales team. Neither has given a substantive reply – no explanation, no timeline, no named contact. Ticket reference: #06495416.

For a merchant, a payment channel being switched off with no explanation is a serious operational problem, and being ignored afterwards is worse. If Paysafe or Skrill want to demonstrate that they take merchant support seriously, this ticket is a good place to start.

For someone who cant open bank acc, you guys can trust skrill.
