Horrible scummy company. They sell cheap overseas made products and then offer a false hope of a warranty. I paid hundreds of dollars for outdoor lighting. The power adapter failed on one of the light strands. It was under protective cover from the weather. But they will go to any length to ensure you are not covered under the warranty. They make you send videos just so they can look for anything wrong or small loophole to void the warranty. Do not buy from this company they are not trustworthy.

I ordered a pair of earbuds from this company and received ONE working earbud. ONE! The other was defective right out of the box! Won't hold a charge whatsoever! Will say 100% charged for about a second, then immediately to 10% and then, straight to DEAD. No amount of time in the charging case helps. Just low quality products that clearly aren't quality tested to even see if they work at all. Be prepared to do returns if you order from them (unless you only have one ear). Unprofessional and just ridiculous.

Contacted Monster USA via e-mail about problems with 2 MONSTER ISPORT VICTORY IN-EAR WIRELESS HEADPHONES and they referred me to Monster EU.
Monster EU doesn't respond to any of my e-mails (reminded them multiple times) and Monster USA hasn't replied to my e-mail since, so I'm unable to get in touch with them to claim my warranty.....
