Ordered a delivery with flowers for my wife since I am outside Norway. They never emailed me a confirmation it was delivered. The flowers looked horrible and were damaged. There is no contact number to fix this. Poor quality service and products. Do not use morgenlevering

Use to be ok but turned to really bad last couple of years. Few times delivered not what we ordered (instead of fresh croissants put a note «sorry we don’t have any more» and some uneatable vacuum packed breadrolls).
On my husband birthday totally missed the delivery of cake and suggested to deliver DAY AFTER. Birthday cake.
We are done with them, now and forever.

The customer service via text was prompt and very helpful.

Never again. My order was not delivered on 14 of feb. At 8 o'clock I got a message that the delivery is delayed without proper info if they deliver it later. The message sounded as the order was on the way. After waiting until 11 o'clock, I had to send message to help desk to understand that they didn't have any plan to deliver it later. Explanation of help desk was rediculous. And my surprise destroyed.
If you want to surprise in a good way family, friends or the love of your life, Morgenlevering is not the right choice. After complain I got discount of 20 %....rediculous. At least they should deliver the same order the day after for free.

Quick and excellent service when package was not delivered. Assisted in finding out why - which proved to be only my mistake.

Great customer service! I received a delivery with a flower bouquet which looked somewhat saggy, and I sent a complaint to customer service. They replied very quickly with a long, friendly and helpful message explaining how to fix the flowers. They also ensured that they would send me new ones if it didn't work. I really felt cared for and the trick helped to fix the flowers. Made my day!

Super service! High quality food/goods, and affordable and convenient delivery terms. The customer service is fast acting and very good the few times the delivery have failed (not necessarily Morgenleverings fault).

So it was a misunderstanding with the adresse which I corrected as a notation when I ordered something as a gift. Then I tried to contact support, but they weren't helpful at all,neither to get a refund or send the package to the correct adresse which btw was 150 metes away. I wouldn't recommend since they don't have a phone number to call and correct. Very badly!! I missed 500 kr and the gift.

There was a mixup with my order, but the customer service was great! Full refund and extras.
