Owain was so friendly in the Newport branch, he understood what I was looking for, recommended a great option which lead to me purchasing a seat ateca sport. It had every feature but one that I asked for (to be fair I was asking for an excessive amount of features) the price and the service I received sold it to me.

Travelled 200+ miles from Cornwall with my friend to buy 2022 audi q2 for his daughter, not impressed, car not valeted properly, over spray on front tyre where the wheel had been sprayed, general condition tatty, white dots (paint?) on steering wheel and door trim, waste of time. They should refund the money he paid to to get it to Newport from Castleford.

I dealt with Edwin Ricci he was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient in the process from viewing the car to test driving it and making the sale and the collection. He explained everything very well answered any questions and had everything ready for collection it was all very smooth and easy from start to finish thank you Edwin

Rhys Vivash was brilliant to deal with. He was really helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. He was so patient going through all the different finance options with us, and at no point did we feel rushed or under pressure.
I would thoroughly recommend buying from Motorpoint again and would certainly contact Rhys for any future purchases.

I had an online valuation for my wife’s car and within 24 hours she had a valuation over £200 less. When we sat down with a young lady who in fairness was very polite the price seemed to change again. About 6 visits to her manager we agreed a price for them to purchase our car. Then the strange bit. I was going to pay them the negative equity but I was told that they would not settle the finance until the settlement date which was at the end of April so nearly a month. We were just supposed to leave the car, documents and 2 keys with no proof of them having the car. We had a deposit left on another car at a dealership but until the finance was settled we felt worried about taking a new finance account on a new car. The manager could not be bothered to see us we were basically told take it or leave it. Awful experience and would never recommend. How they get all these 5 star reviews makes me think that they are all made up.

It was a fairly easy transaction. The vehicle was well presented. I was initially confused as viewing the Newport site , I found the car was not on site but at another site. I feel the company needs to work a little on their after sales contact as I am still awaiting a call back after almost a week.

Overall very pleased with the whole process. Buying my new car was extremely easy and hassle-free. Support from the team was great throughout from purchase to collection.

There was a delay on pickup day and my scheduled appointment was 40 minutes late but I was eventually seen and everything after that went smoothly, so nothing major to complain about.

Only downfall is i found a small crack on the window screen (passenger side) Took it back & they filled it with Resin to seal it. (Going to keep all messages regarding it incase I have further issue )

Specifically Marc williams. I had a query for customer support who could not be bothered to support . I actually feel that if it wasn’t for Marc’s support over the years of all the cars that my husband family and friends have bought from motorpoint I would not have returned. Marc is a salesman but very kind thoughtful and honest . Just a pity that the company ethos dosnt extent to customer support team . I throughly recommend Marc as the fronts person of motor point he was your saving grace last week.
