Motorpoint Newport, south wales were fantastic. Bought a car off them 18 months ago and decided I was going to start browsing at electric.
They found me an Audi Q4 E tron across the other side of the country. Offered me a test drive of a different colour one they had in stock which I declined as the wife has had a couple of electric cars before so just sat in it to make sure it was suitable.
Finance sorted in 5 mins flat and car delivered to Newport in around 5 days including the weekend.
Big thanks to Owain Caple-Davies and Michael Gittins in the branch for all there help. Will drop some beers in for you soon

Bought Ford Eco car this month
Bought Ford Eco Sport car this month. Told it had been MOTd & Serviced in March. Took it back to Motorpoint Newport this week, due to the handbrake being faulty. Not even holding on flat road and definately not on hill near my house. DVLA would not be happy with this review. Please Motorpoint, check your vehicles more closely to avoid possible accidents. I will be collecting my car next Tuesday, after the braking system is more fully checked. The lady assisting me has been very helpful.

No sign of cash after FOUR days
Went to the Newport centre Wales for about 12noon and they took away my car. After about 20 mins the gay came back and said the online valuation is correct and if you agree the money will be in the bank in just a few minutes. That was Friday and now its Tuesday and still no money despite a phone call, an app chat and 2 emails to Lewis the assistant manager. Feeling very ignored and worried its a 15k car and I need the cash. Issue resolved after 4 days, seems it was weekend banking issues.

From booking a test drive to purchasing a car an excellent service
I messaged through the website to book a test drive and was contacted by Owen who arranged a test drive at a time that was suitable for me. I contacted him again to change the time which was not a problem and the car was ready to test drive when I arrived. There was no pressure to buy the car and Owen was on hand to answer any questions my husband and I had. I was part exchanging my car and that went as smoothly as purchasing my new car. Excellent service from start to finish.

GOT THERE EVENTUALLY

Trying to move a vehicle was fairly easy when I asked if motorpoint wanted to sell the car.
The actual collection of the car in time allocation needs to be longer.
I spent the following three days on Utube finding things out that should have been explained at the dealership.
