The place to go if you need a new car.
Brilliant from start to finish Zac at Norwich was brilliant very helpful and friendly, we travelled to Portsmouth as we didn’t have time for our car to be moved and the guys there were excellent as well I am very particular about my cars and Portsmouth worked with Norwich to make sure the car was perfect. I can’t recommend motorpoint enough! Save yourself the stress of dealing with the cowboys these guys are professional and also extremely cheap.

Great all round service!

Don’t buy the warranty
Overall the experience wasn’t too bad, the deal was ok and we were looked after fairly well.
Don’t by extended warranty for more than a year however!
We bought ours for 4 years at over £1000 after a year sold the car no refund for unused 3 years. Had we had purchased warranty direct from Spectrum whom Motorpoint use we would have had a pro-rata refund!

With regard to the extended warranty, we appreciate your comments and understand your disappointment. As advised in our correspondence with you, we reviewed your request for a refund following the sale of the vehicle. Unfortunately, as outlined in the warranty terms and conditions, cancellations outside of the first 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
Section 8 of the warranty document (“Cancellations”) confirms that if the warranty is cancelled after this period, no refund is payable for any remaining time. This applies regardless of whether the vehicle is sold. A copy of the warranty document was provided for clarity.
