Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, the roof was on my new home, after a storm and 3 years old the roof was damaged in the wind. Firstly tried to contact and there was no response. then they said there was no warranty on the roof only 24 months. Then failed promise after failed promise after 12 months of trying to get a simple repair i gave up and went elsewhere. What ever you do do not have a roof installed by this company.

I bought a new build house that Moulton…
I bought a new build house that Moulton had done the roof on. The roof, and all those of my neighbours, are poor and have lost a significant number of slates and ridge tiles. Moulton blame the poor quality slates provided by the developer and there is some truth in that. However, the customer care provided by Moulton is shocking. Numerous times they have promised to repair my roof and replace the missing slates but they haven’t bothered. Several times they promised to phone back and haven’t. They claim they are not like other builders and will sort my problems for me but after more than a year of chasing them I am giving up and getting a reputable roofer to complete my repairs.
