They Got Me

It didn’t work. They told me it’s best to keep trying, so I did. Now it’s too late to get a refund. CLEVER!

Anyone want a lot of product CHEAP? I not only bought the six month but the extra supply so I could share with my daughter. Looking forward to no more emergency trips to a bathroom.

Did not drop a pound during 3months.

I took Mounjaboost for 3 full months. Did not lose even one pound. Asked for a refund, but apparently was about 2 weeks outside their 'policy' - so they refused. During the time I was taking the drops, I was frequently asked to spend more money on their "coaching" for weight loss. Seems to me if a client was not satisfied with this result, they would have granted the refund.

I watched a 20 minute commercial…

I watched a 20 minute commercial between a doctor that created mounjaboost and Oprah. It was a miracle product to help loose fat. They said for the best results I would need to take for 3 months or more. It wasn't clearly stated that the money back guarantee was only for 60 days. The product was making me sick. Before the 3 months was up. I contacted mounjaboost for a refund. They emailed me, Sorry, too late! The 60 day guarantee started the day you ordered it. I received the product a week later. This product is no good and they will not refund the $183.90 that I paid. I suggest you don't purchase it. Don't be fooled by Oprah's endorsement!

I ordered 6 bottles of the product and…

I ordered 6 bottles of the product and after 4 applications I developed an allergic reaction. I called the company and got a run around between two telephone numbers. I finally got to someone in customer service to send me a form with return instructions. The firm only asked questions, however, I eventually got a return call stating someone would call me the first part of this week. I am still waiting. I decided to call but at 2:53 Eastern time the company is closed, so I sent another form.

I purchased the 6 bottle option and it…does not work

I purchased the 6 bottle option and it caused intestinal cramping and severe diarrhea. I've been trying to return the 4 unused bottles, but they are delaying getting back to me. Now it is over the recommended time to return the item. Lara, from customer service, has still not provided a return label after filling out the survey. This is a scam. Do not purchase.

After speaking with my doctor... challenges with return/refund

After speaking with my doctor, I've been working since a week after placing my order for 6 bottles on instructions to return product and get a refund. As polite as these people are, the two teams - the Mounjaboost sales teams and the BuyGoods after sales teams - drag their heels in responding or returning phone calls or emails. Oct 6 order, Oct 11 I initiate how to return and receive refund, so many emails and phone calls -- discovering the Oprah ad was AI false, trying to get a straight answer re: return and refund - the difference in address on my box and the address for returning my product, acquiring tracking number and following up on that they did receive my product. My phone calls this morning, to the numbers they've given me in their email responses all funnel to an ordering department staff who "cannot help me" but "will escalate" (again). We should not need to get legal teams to deal with simple returns and refunds.

I sent 7 bottles back Oct 31 and refund…

I sent 7 bottles back Oct 31 and refund policy is 5 to 7 days. I had to call Nov 25. I was told I had to call 302-200-3480 to get my refund. It costs me $17.33 to send it back. I lost the 17.33 and $10 to ship the order to me. The product did not work. Do not buy. It is a scam.

Refund impossible

I had the same exact experience as the other reviewer. I called numerous times with the same response-need to email for a refund. The emails go unanswered. It is impossible to obtain a refund. There are no instructions included on how to take this product and I am unable to take product because it contains stevia.

Mounjaboost is a scam

This product is a scam. I watched a video with Oprah and a Yale endocrinologist touting the amazingness of this product. Oprah said she lost all her weight from this supplement, not medication. The doctor goes on to explain the science behind it and lays out the ingredients., which I write down. I end up buying a 6 month supply for $294. I receive the product and none of the ingredients that the dr spoke about are in it. It's just a bunch of different herbs. I start to feel suspicious. I see they have a 60 day refund policy and call auto get info on how to return and also send an email. No replies to either. This goes on for a total of 8 times. Every time I call I am on hold and then they say they are busy but will call back via recording. I leave a message. No reply. Every time I call one of their numbers and get a person (even for the option for refund) the person says they are only able to take orders but will tell customer service to get back to me. No replies to email, no replies to voicemails- 8 times total. I told the order taker that I was reporting them to the FTC & the BBB and also filing a dispute with paypal. Well lo and behold, I receive an email saying they have simply refunded my money- no instructions for returning the totally unused product, no other contact. I guess they felt they should eat the $294 to keep me from reporting. Also, I received a mass email from an Ellen Palmer, who says she is an endocrinologist (which, in my world is an MD), and she is the inventor of this stuff. Not the Yale doctor on the video who said she was the inventor. When I google Ellen Palmer, I get results for a Health and Wellness and Life coach, but there is no Ellen Palmer that is an MD. This product is just a bunch of herbs preying on people who want to lose weight and can't get the GLP-1 drugs or don't want to try medication. So, save your money and do not buy this product or any of their products. It is snake oil, a bait and switch. For a little more money, ($345 for a month's supply without insurance but if your insurance covers it- probably less-you have to have a certain BMI or higher) you can sign up at ro.com and get the branded Eli Lilly Zepbound without insurance or with insurance depending on your situation. DO NOT BUY MOUNJABOOST! It is a scam.
