After a breakdown at home at night, just before Christmas, the RAC phoned Mike who agreed to look at the problem on the nest day. We got the car down to MP Automotive that night and posted the key through the letterbox. Mike phoned me the next morning with a diagnosis of a failed EGR valve, and committed to fix the car that week. He had done the work the NEXT DAY and phoned me to say the car was ready. This was a fairly big job requiring 6 hours of work and he managed to reschedule his current work to fit me in. I couldn't be happier. An excellent job and very professional. I wish I lived closer to Teignmouth as you know how hard it is to find a good garage.
