Fair price ,on time and full service by 2 helpful and well mannered engineers

For 7 years I have used MR for boiler and gas fire servicing and radiators. They are punctual, polite, efficient, clean and tidy. I can wholeheartedly recommend this excellent firm.

Carbon monoxide alarm gas check needed after a Cadent shut off. The M&R gas engineer did his checks and answered any questions I had. His advice was simple to understand and reassuring. The response time was excellent, thanks M&R!

This company is very competent and experienced in the field of central heating. Two of their workforce arrived at my house on the dot of 8.00am on the promised day and got on with the job. They were friendly and helpful, and it was no problem to have them in the house. They cleaned up completely after my new boiler was fitted, and I am very happy with it. Definitely highly recommended.

Polite, friendly and experienced service. They found the solution to the problem quicker than other plumbers in the area. Meticulous about cleaning up after they had been and went out of their way to help.

Liam came to service my boiler , he messaged to say he was on his way and arrived promptly. He remembered he had been to repair a radiator pipe a few months ago and asked if everything was working well. I thought this was a nice touch.
He serviced the boiler and was efficient and tidy.
He is a credit to the company .

The engineer was knowledgeable and engaging. He sorted out a huge problem with our water supply that could have cost us thousands if he hadn’t diagnosed it effectively.
