I can see that your order was delivered to the Instabox locker on 21/4 – i.e. the day after your order was registered and shipped. The PIN code was sent via SMS on 21/4 to the mobile number you provided at checkout, and a reminder was sent on 23/4. If you have not received these messages, we suspect that the mobile number you entered at the time of ordering may have been incorrect.
We cannot see that you have contacted our customer service directly regarding your shipment, which is unfortunate – please make sure to always reach out via the correct channels for the fastest assistance.
We will also send you an email with the same information provided here, and we will look into this further with you to understand what may have gone wrong.
