Four of us from the same family chose Dr. Dilber for our nose surgeries, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Between us, we had two septorhinoplasties and two rhinoplasties: my daughter, 17; myself, 44; my sister-in-law, 58; and my husband, 53.

I visited Dr. Dilber a year before our operations to meet him and see the clinic. I also consulted another surgeon and did a lot of research before deciding on Dr. Dilber. His professionalism and the confidence he gave us made him feel like the right choice.

My husband had a severely deviated septum, could only breathe through one nostril and had a crooked nose. My daughter also had a deviated septum, and my sister-in-law wanted to correct her crooked nose. Their operations were booked for September the following year. I had always wanted to improve my own nose and decided to join them at the last minute. Dr. Dilber was so kind and accommodating in making this possible.

His office is beautiful and state of the art, and the staff are warm, friendly and very professional. they give you all the attention and care you need. The hospital was also exceptional, with very high standards.

What I love most is that we have four different noses, each beautifully suited to our own features. My sister-in-law’s nose looks elegant and natural on her at 58. My husband’s nose has retained its masculine character, my daughter has the prettiest nose, and I am so happy with mine. Each result feels individual and carefully considered.

We are now just over a month after surgery, so we know our noses are still healing, but all four of us already love them. People keep asking where we had them done, and we are so happy to say, “Dr. Dilber’s magic hands!”

We had such a lovely experience and would wholeheartedly recommend him. After all my research and our four personal experiences, I truly believe he is one of the best. We will definitely visit when we are back in Turkey so he can see how our cute noses have healed!

Choosing Dr. Muhammet Dilber for my rhinoplasty was the best decision I ever made. Since I had never undergone surgery before, I was incredibly anxious at first, but the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel completely comfortable. The assistants were wonderful, patiently guiding me through both the procedure and the aftercare steps. Throughout my stay, the hospital staff and nurses were always attentive, helping me change my bandages and providing amazing hospital food. I’ve had the best experience with Dr Dilber and his team. I got my rhinoplasty done about a week ago and im already loving the results. One thing that made me trust Dr Dilber was how sincere and approachable he was. He will listen to you and explain what you need or don’t. I was also able to be in contact with his team throughout the whole process as I had a lot of questions to ask. So I thank both Dr Dilber and his team for this amazing experience.

I'll be suing - that's all I will say for now. Dilbert has other people (students) so surgery for him. If you get your surgeyr with him, you'll be good! He's good! Now, if he "supervises" a student, then that's when the results are not great (like my nose). As someone who has had to live with this a botch nose, for more than 3 years, I'd advice to proceed with caution.

Now in general, the service is bad. They are really bad with their whatsapp. They are in great in person, just not good with communications or logistics. It feels chaotic the whole process.

I can not be more happier with my experience with Dr Muhammet Dilber he is truly a amazing doctor who is in love with his job and has such a beautiful passion for it. I am currently on my first day and I feel really great I have no pain at all just a little discomfort which is completely normal. I have no swelling at all which i am so suprised about and happy. The team at acibadem hospital and Dr Dilbere staff was amazing and guided me every step of the way. The aftercare was great and the team really did look after me. I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr.Dilber last week and I am very pleased with the results. Before my surgery I couldn’t breathe from both my nostrils and I didn’t like how my nose looked. But now I can breathe great and I love how my nose looks. The surgery process was very easy and Dr. Dilber saw me right before and after the surgery which made me feel very comfortable and cared for. His staff are also lovely and quickly responded to all my messages and concerns. I always wanted to get my nose done by him and I am glad I ended up doing it!

I have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Muhammet Dilber. During our in person consultation in his clinic, we discussed outcomes and expectations. Dr Dilber explained how he may not be able to get me the exact result I want due to my anatomy. He was very open, honest and clear about what would be realistic. I had my surgery 1 week ago and it is the best decision i have ever made and i am so so glad i chose to go to dr Dilber. Poor customer service from start to finish. The assistant was unhelpful and they couldn’t even guarantee a minimum change I asked for and were unaccommodating. When I asked what the end result would possibly be like if they guarantee my desired shape no response was given

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Dilber. What made it truly great was his body language and his ability to communicate so well with people who speak different languages. He was very caring and explained everything about my nose in great detail. The translators were also very helpful and incredibly kind. I would highly recommend. Also, the hospital staff was absolutely phenomenal. Came and brought me ice regularly and checked upon me regularly with painkillers :)

I chose Dr. Muhammet Dilber based on extensive positive online information and the high price of the procedure. Given both, I expected a highly personal and attentive medical experience. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite.

The clinic operates at a very high volume. There were long queues for consultations, surgery, and follow-up appointments, which was surprising and concerning for a procedure as serious as rhinoplasty. My personal contact with the doctor was extremely limited: approximately 10 minutes during a consultation two days before surgery, and about 10–15 minutes during a follow-up one week after surgery. On the day of the operation itself, I did not see the doctor at all before the procedure. This lack of personal involvement and continuity was unsettling.

I paid 10,000€, expecting a result tailored to my face and needs. Nearly three years later, the outcome is deeply distressing. My nose is excessively pointy and does not suit my facial features at all. In addition, I developed breathing problems after the surgery. Breathing becomes particularly difficult at night and while eating.

Recently, I found out that I am pregnant, which has increased my anxiety significantly, as the breathing issues are already uncomfortable and worrying.

I am sharing this experience so others can make a fully informed decision. Based on my experience, the reality does not match the image or promises presented online. I would strongly advise prospective patients to think very carefully before choosing this clinic or doctor.
