Aflyste aftaler, uden information
De sidste 3 gange jeg har haft en aftale hos Munkebolægerne, så har jeg de 2 af gangene oplevet at min aftale er "røget ud af systemet". Den ene gang skulle lægen på kursus hele dagen og jeg som patient havde ikke fået nogen melding om at min tid var blevet aflyst.
Den anden gang var lægen da til stede i huset, men igen var min tid "røget ud af systemet". Jeg gider simpelthen ikke at være pauseklovn nede i venteværelset fordi de ikke har styr på deres skidt. Jeg kører forgæves (trods alt 30 km total) og spilder min tid og det er ganske urimeligt.
Jeg finder et nyt sted at være syg ASAP.
