Made an order for a guitar on the 23rd…
Made an order for a guitar on the 23rd of October on the Bulgarian version of the platform. It was listed on the website as in stock at a supplier warehouse. As I had not received a deliver date by 29th of October, I contacted support and they told me it would be delivered in "early December". Despite not being able to offer the product they charged the money immediately. This is obviously a ploy to keep out of stock and discontinued products on the website so they can have possession of the money for 1-2 months.

For some reason the delivery took the…
For some reason the delivery took the address in my PayPal instead of the one I provided. It's never happened to me before. Luckily, that address was more or less nearby, so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience, but coul have been much worse if it had used my old spanish address.
One of the speakers has a small (but visible) damage; it doesn't affect quality so its fine, but its noteworthy.
ON the positive side, the delivery was fast.

Es tut uns leid, dass es bei der Lieferadresse zu Unannehmlichkeiten gekommen ist. Bei Zahlungen über PayPal wird die Lieferadresse jedoch automatisch aus dem PayPal-Konto übernommen. Good price but poor packaging
It was a good discount for an expensive easel, but it was so poorly packaged, heavy pieces (about 25 kg total) loosely flying inside the box, the box was broken, and taped all over by the delivery company, naturally a part have chipped slightly. Not badly enough to return and luckily the damaged part is not in the most visible spot but it’s still unpleasant considering it’s a high value easel.

Non-existing Customer Service
Their buying process is mainly Ok. The problem is always with the delivery and if any issue happens with it. The Customer Service doesn’t exist, literally. I spent 4 hours on the phone waiting for someone to pick up to deal with something urgent (the package was stolen and never reached me), sent more than 5 messages and so far no answer. It is really dreadful when you have to deal with something that is not expected.

Store is good; extra set up service was not.
The buying process was fine, but I paid extra for a set up of the bass before shipping, and it seems like whoever was responsible for that just did a visual check. The string action was pretty high, the bass was tuned to Eb for some reason, and intonation was not good. When looking at the details for the set up service, those were aspects that were supposed to be covered, but clearly weren't. I had to do a proper set up by myself, which I was looking to avoid by paying for the extra service.

The first shipment was not exactly what I ordered, but the issue was quickly clarified with the friendly and reactive Customer Support. I received my Album from Cypress Hill as ordered a few days after.
