No Support. No Refund. Mediocre Platform.

I signed up for the 7-day trial, which required a credit card. During the trial period I emailed support several times with questions but did not receive a response.

On day 8, I was charged $299. I immediately contacted support, requested cancellation, and asked for a refund. The company later responded but declined to issue a refund, stating that I had agreed to the terms of service.

After requesting termination of my account, I later observed another attempted charge. Because I was concerned about additional billing after my refund request was denied, I had already cancelled my card and obtained a replacement through my card issuer. And yet again, today, June 4, they requested to update my credit card to make a payment even after I requested them to cancel and terminate.

Based on my experience, I was disappointed with both the customer support and the billing process. I felt the cancellation and refund policies were applied very strictly, and I did not receive the level of support I expected during the trial period.

As for the product itself, I found the platform average and not compelling enough to justify the cost. Overall, my experience was negative, and I would not personally recommend the service.

Great service and very easy to set up

Great service and very easy to set up. My AI Front Desk handles calls professionally and saves me a lot of time. It works smoothly and helps me never miss any customer inquiries. Highly recommended for any small business.

Fine Product. Awful Sales Funnel

The product itself is like very good but they've engineered a sales funnel where they give and remove access to features to prompt support where they offer to "fix" the broken feature for a monthly fee, on top of the monthly fee you're already paying. No self sign up once you enter the sales funnel, you must wait for a sales agent to keep an appointment, try to sell you services, and pay additional fees.

They have your money — customer service ends there.

I want to be fair: My AI Front Desk may work for some use cases. It did not work for mine, and how the company handled that situation is why I'm leaving this review.

After a few days of a free trial, I was optimistic and paid for an annual subscription upfront. As I moved into real-world testing, the AI produced inconsistent, unreliable results that made it unusable for my business. I invested roughly 30 hours trying to make it work before concluding it simply wasn't going to.

I contacted support and requested a refund, offering to pay for one month of service — a reasonable compromise given I never successfully used the product. They declined, citing the annual contract. I asked to speak with a supervisor. No meaningful response. I offered another compromise: convert me to a monthly plan and charge me for the months I tested it. Still nothing.

The contract language may protect them legally. But a company that offers zero flexibility to a customer who genuinely tried, spent 30+ hours on setup, and proposed multiple fair resolutions has made a deliberate choice about how they value customers post-sale. That choice should be known before you hand them a year's worth of fees upfront.

They want to STEAL $1,428 from you. Don’t let them.

In summary: myaifrontdesk.com lie. They cannot be trusted. They will steal your money. Here’s what happened: I tried this myAiFrontDesk for a voice and sms agent. They have a “free trial” but i started noticing that it is limited once i started the trial. There were some specific features that i needed to try in order to reasonably evaluate their product, i.e. zapier connections, etc. So i requested a meeting with them to tell them that I needed to be able to fully test the system in order to properly evaluate their product. Their representative told me that in order for me to try some features i was requesting, that i would need to sign up. At this point I was very specific. I told him that i could purchase it and pay in good faith, in order to fully try it for just a few days, but that if it turned out that the product was not satisfactory, that I would request a full refund. I asked him if that was ok, and he said yes. So trusting their word, I paid them $1,428 for the subscription so that I could actually do a real trial of the product. Well, I tested it, and in like a day or two I realized that some features they either had lied to me about or miss-informed me on. So i went ahead and canceled right away. The product never even went live. I never used in the real world. And now they’re refusing to give me back my money. I’ve requested the refund several times, and they’re just stalling at this point. So i’m letting the world know so that they don’t get scammed by myAiFrontDesk.com as well.

Easy to use

It was easy to use. Don’t need to be very techy to know how to set it up. I referred them to my friends as well. There are also people from their support team that helps with making your own AI.

I am impressed by how frictionless interaction and easy configuration it provides.
The inbound and outbound calling features work perfectly with the CRM, everything is thoroughly documented and notified. They provide excellent support as well... 5 of 5!!

We were skeptical about AI, but this helped us scale

We were honestly pretty nervous about rolling out an AI to handle calls for our brokerage. Calls are where deals start, and the idea of an AI answering instead of a person felt risky. We also worried it might feel impersonal or frustrate clients.

We started by testing it slowly and eventually moved a large portion of our call handling from staff to Frontdesk AI. Our assigned customer manager met us weekly and we gradually went from answering just after hour calls to all calls. That decision ended up freeing our team to focus on higher value work instead of constantly chasing inbound calls.

What surprised us most is that it actually feels like an extension of our team rather than a tool. It answers every call consistently, asks the right qualifying questions, and routes leads exactly how we want. We were able to customize scripts by office, inquiry type, and after hours behavior without needing technical help. We've actually named our AI, we all call her Stacy internally.

Since making the switch, we miss far fewer calls, follow ups are more consistent, and response times are faster. Our agents are spending time on real conversations and deals instead of basic intake. It is very clear that we are growing faster because of this change.

Since then, we've added on chatbot and we use the CRM quite a bit. We're planning to roll out the outbound feature to call back no-shows and do meeting reminders, which we're quite excited about. The Frontdesk team has really built a whole suite of AI tools, not just one.

We would strongly recommend this to brokerages that are hesitant about AI but want to scale without constantly adding headcount.
