I used the site often enough a year or two ago. Litecoin withdrawals (once verified) were almost instant. Now, I decide to try it again. Win a little bit and withdraw. Your only options are bitcoin, wire transfer or a written check. Well, obviously I use litecoin. Several hours later nothing has moved so I contact support and what’s their timeline? 7-10 business days for approval and 7-10 additional business days for payment. What?? Who is using an online casino (who takes your deposit instantly, I might add) to get paid almost a month later?! When there are numerous other sites with the exact same games, there is zero reason to choose this one. Highly disappointed.

Do not trust this site. You will deal with confusing and misleading promos, withdrawal delays, and will lose your deposits for violating any one of their rules.

When you try to withdraw, they say they need to to deposit in litecoin to verify your address. I sent lite coind and they requested more documents for me to withdraw. They asked me to submit someone else utility bill and drivers license to verify my address! I told then that is against the law and they insisted they could verify my address by sending someone else info. Then they keep taking my money. I started with aa free chip, then I deposited with litecoin and was at $235.58 when i tried to withdraw, then the manager removed $123.58 from my balance and stated it was the coupon reversal. Leaving me to believe the $112 left was solely mine to withdraw or play. They refused my withdrawl so I played it and was at $460 when I tried to withdraw again, several times and was denied. Then the manager took my $112 for coupon reversal again even though I never used any more coupons. Then the manager took the remaining $348. Leaving me with $0. I chatted with an agent who stated to me that $112 was pending I told her it's not showing that in my account and asked to to provide me proof that it's pending because what I see and what she says are 2 different things. Suddenly I was logged out and she was gone. Their agent told me they will keep taking the same coupon reversal until I withdraw and redeposit. I have records and screenshots. There is an option in chat to send transcripts to my email which I did request but have not recieved the transcripts but I do have screenshots of me catching them lying and stealing.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. This site is a total scam. I won 500 and tried to cash out. Was told I needed to make a $10 Litecoin deposit first, so I did. Afterwards my game was interrupted by an administrator. When it resumed all my money was gone. I checked my $500 withdraw and it was denied and those funds were taken from my account also. These people should be thrown in jail. They're totally scamming people and stealing their money.

Scam! They send multiple promo codes for games and when you win they request a 10 dollar deposit to verify bitcoin address and deny your redemption after stay away beware

Scam site will make up any reason to drag it out and literally make up stuff to not pay you out player beware
