The salesman was polite
The salesman was polite, and gave us no problems.
He was not pressing, and gave us the options to say YES or NO, as he should.
But the connection, via the phone-line, was rather bad. We had to ask several times, because we could not fully understand what your man was saying. It sounded like there could be a loose connection somewhere.
