I’ve been struggling to get in touch with their support for days now. They say they tried to call but didn’t get through. I gave them my phone number but haven’t heard anything since. I am starting to think they are throwing me around to drag things out. I wanted a refund for an automated subscription I don’t want and I was sure I had canceled a long time go. So far I’m very disatisfied with their help and service. Make sure to always block future payments to them in your bank to make sure this doesn’t happen when buying their kit.
