Speedy delivery. Great service

Good service as usual

Bought 5 x Kingston 256gb usb 3.2 flash drive.
1st one I tried was faulty so sent them all back due to losing confidence in the item. Was sent a returns address and posted back with recorded delivery on 11/05/26 and to this day I still have not received my refund. I have emailed several times but get no reply. I strongly reccomend to stay away from this company, once they have your money thats it. Customer service is a joke.

I have been a long time customer and found this experience very very annoying. I received notification that my money had been refunded with no explanation as to why my order had been refused. I have waited some time in case an explanation was forthcoming but no communications were received. I find this treatment totally different from previous experience. I will find it difficult to trust any further orders. I awarded 1 star as 0 stars were not an option.

Just excellent service again. Now tried out the Kingston Duo traveller stick to transfer a load of photos and videos from my old Win10 PC to my new Mini and it was particularly super fast copying them down to Win11 Wired2Fire AMD mini.

Overall the purchasing experience was good and the delivery was very quick. One minor "niggle" was that the refurbished SanDisk 64GB Cruzer Glide USB 2.0 Drives were advertised as "2 for £15" however the "deal" was not applied when placed in the basket. I needed the drives and completed the order, but I also contacted customer services to point out the site problem. Disappointingly, I did not receive a response.

Website is unusable. I’m using an iPhone 16 pro max in chrome and it keeps saying “ Verification successful. Waiting for wwwmymemorycouk to respond” on EVERY click throughout the website. Never had this happen to any other website, just this one.

Describe as unbox new but came in polythene bag and not even bubble wrap when postman dropped from letterbox two of the edges broke

MyMemory always comes up with good products at great prices. Quick delivery mostly and hassle free returns should they be needed. Have been buying for many years and always happy.

Great piece of kit ideal for my photos from camera to computer

Had 2 (official) chargers for my Google Pixel from this company that have both lasted about a year before stopping working. Tried to fob me off back to Google before reluctantly replacing the first one but won't replace that one which has subsequently stopped working.

No hassle and easy to order.
As expected, fast delivery by 48hr Royal Mail - who took a week to deliver.
MyMemory is my choice of first preference and has been for many years
