Do not Order from Obvi, I place my order April 10,2026 they charged my credit card the same date, but as of today May 13,2026 no product, I send them and email to cancel my order and they said my order is already in transit and is not true the label was created and that is all, no more information and they don't want to cancel I called them and no one answer you need to leave a message and they would call you, but when I have already dispute this with my bank, because they claim is only 5 days shipping and is not true.

I bought obvi collagenic burn and it gave me constant heartburn, didn't list cayenne pepper in ingredients but under the nutritional part which made it easy to miss (and I'm allergic, now I know why I was so miserable) and it dried out my skin so badly my throat was starting to hurt from being dry even with drinking lots of water, and I was chaffing everywhere. This is about 3 weeks into it I realized this product was causing the issues. It only curbed my appetite a few days so didn't help with weightloss. I will look for a better collagen product because my joints liked it.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed my order on April 13th and selected priority shipping which promised delivery by the 16th. I reached out on the 16th because there was no movement with my order and I hadn't received any sort of update. I emailed, chatted with the AI bot on their website, sent an Instagram DM, and commented on a Facebook post all over the course of a week just to try to get someone to reach out to me. I never received any sort of communication. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB because my card had been charged (it wasn't a cheap order!) and I had zero clue if the order was actually going to arrive. Of course, 3 days after I submitted the complaint to the BBB and having them reach out on my behalf I finally received a shipping notification 🙄 Still no communication from an actual human responding to my inquiries. And, no one from Obvi responded to the BBB's request for comment. My order arrived three weeks late and to be honest the quality is subpar. The mixer is cheaply made and the pills weren't packaged well. I will not be ordering again.

Taste is pretty great and love the branding.

I purchased the Obvi collagen peptides from Walmart. I put one scoop in my cup of coffee and I could barely! Handle the taste!! I wish I could get my money back! This does not taste like Vital Proteins Collagen peptides.Which I like to use!

Ordered several of their products. The morning after I started taking them, my face was puffy and swollen. I contacted them to get a refund for products since on their website they say they offer returns and refunds even for opened products, but they would not refund me and were quite rude.

Ordered Obvi burn from reading social media reviews, Ordered, while order was in process I have stumble upon Trustpilot reviews, this was totally different from the once I have read on social media, so I requested to cancel. Was told that product now on the way and I have to wait for it to arrive , the contact them again request to return. I did as advised, unopened product wanted return. Emailed customer service, 3 days later received email with phone number to call to request refund. Need to be mentioned phone number International. I couldt get through on this number. Emailed they customer service again , Now to receive email to say because order international it CANT BE RETUTNED. please bear this in mind when ordering. What a scam. Paid 45 pounds , product in the bin. Poor communication. What a scam. Read reviews here before ordering.

I’ve been taking the pills for about a month now. Honestly, I can’t say I’ve noticed a huge difference yet. Maybe a small boost in energy and less snacking, but nothing major. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach, which I appreciate. I just wish the results were a bit more noticeable for the price. I might try one more bottle to see if it kicks in, but so far it’s been pretty average.

I ordered a 3 month supply with the guarantee that if it did not do as promised I would be able to return for a full refund. I’ve contacted them so many times but each person has less sense than the next… they can’t understand that their website clearly says I can call them between 9am -6pm EST M-F. They also do not accept return requests via email. I have plenty of screenshots of this. Once they trap you into buying they say you must call between 11am-3pm EST. I called at 3:30pm and no answer. I call at 9:30AM no answer. I contacted the BBB and found out they not only have an F but they do not respond to complaints. I am now contacting the attorney general. I do not have access to a phone to sit on hold for these people to decide if they’d like to answer a phone. They’re rude & cannot even decipher what their own website shows. I’m warning everyone to avoid these scam artists!!

I would love to review this product, however the order I placed on 8/30/2025 has never been shipped. I was told that they ran out of product. On 09/11/2025 a shipping label was created so they couldn't/wouldn't refund my money. 09/17/2025 I talked to some who assured me my order would leave warehouse within 24 hours. Today I totally lost it when someone finally called me back. I was told today they DON'T have the product and when I demanded my money back, she said unfortunately they couldn't refund because label has been printed. I demanded to speak with someone else and she hung up on me, I'm fed up with the lines..

Accidentally ordered too much and immediately requested order be fixed prior to shipping. Customer service refused. Once I received order and tried for 60 days I saw no results. Using elite burn I can actually go to sleep rather than get energy. Not at all satisfied.

I got this because was struggling with more weight recently. I've been taking it for 3 weeks and I can see some results, few pounds down and more energy every day. It's a good complementary to workouts - I noticed it accelerated results a bit. Hope to see more in the coming weeks.

Terrible experience with this AWFUL company. Now I'm concerned I will never get the refund as promised based on other reviews. The product gave me headaches. And they charge a 20% restocking fee. What??? How stupid is that? Their supposed "guarantee" is no guarantee at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Total trash product and customer service.
