The chance of someone without relevant legal experience being able to successfully apply for Confirmation is virtually zero, the options are lawyers (expensive) or this company, who with minimal additional input quickly created a successful application at a fraction of the cost. Great service, prompt and thorough.

We had great difficulty getting any solicitor to take on our application for conformation of our mum's estate. Most of them did not respond or suggested we use someone else. Only one offered to do the work but wanted £2500 plus VAT plus fees plus 1% of the estate. Nope!

So on top of the stress and pain of losing our mother we had to figure out how to go through the antiquated, torturous Scottish legal system on our own.

We were aware of MPP but were skeptical but the 5 star reviews swung it for us. They gave us all the help and advice we needed to do all the paperwork ourselves. They were very responsive to question and always got back to us within 24 hours. Even on a Sunday.

Once we submitted the forms to MPP they took only 11 days to check everything and email us the corrected forms with a personalized letter for Livingston Sheriff Court together with detailed advice on how to present the application to the court. I live in the US so my sister handed them in to the clerk. They told her once the application was approved they would phone her to arrange payment of court fees. 24 hours later she got the call. Our application was approved in just 1 day.

We would never have gotten through all the ridiculous legal speak required if we didn't have the help of MPP and for a fraction of what a solicitor would have charged. Money well spent.

It is always a complex time dealing with a deceased parent’s estate but My Probate Partner excelled in every area keeping us fully informed through the whole process to ultimately receiving our successful Confirmation Statement. I'll be honest. I almost didn't use My Probate Partner, because it felt too good to be true.
