Overall review as long period customer
You don't restock well loved products like flavour powder (only one flavour available) , protein bars are overpriced, so is powder. Shipping cost is confusing (it says there's gonna be action calculated upon buying yet there's none) . Unless there's TGIF kinda action, products are overpriced. Lack of new products.

I purchased a product for €30
I purchased a product for €30, but an error occurred while processing the order through Google Pay. The order was never created, yet the money was immediately deducted from my account. When I contacted customer support shortly afterward to request a refund, they refused to return my money. Be careful and don't risk your money!

Ordered a different product than what they decided to mail
I ordered a specific brand of Creatine Monohydrate and they just casually mailed me a different brand which now includes traces of milk and isn’t even 100% pure creatine in contents… wtf

If you are thinking about ordering from Myprotein, save your money and go to a competitor.
I placed Order #773861684 during a major sale on August 7th. They promised a 4-6 day delivery window. Instead of delivering my items, Myprotein held my money hostage for 21 days, essentially using me as an interest-free loan facility.
During these 3 weeks, their customer service repeatedly lied to me. I received multiple automated templates stating my order was "being prepared" and would be "dispatched shortly."
Then, out of nowhere, after holding my money for three weeks, they simply cancelled the entire order and issued a refund. No warning, no explanation.
Because they strung me along for almost a month, I completely lost the major promotional discount I originally purchased under. Now I am forced to buy the exact same products at full price. In the retail world, this is called a bait-and-switch scam.
To make matters worse, their Customer Service offered a completely insulting 5 EUR credit for a 21-day delay and a unilateral cancellation. This isn't even the first time—this exact logistical disaster has happened with 2 out of my last 3 orders.
Myprotein does not care about its loyal customers. They will take your money, lie to you for weeks, cancel your items, and offer you pennies as compensation.
Until a Senior Manager steps up, explains this systemic failure, and provides actual restitution (like shipping the original order for free), I will make sure every potential customer knows how Myprotein treats its buyers. Order at your own risk!
