Horrible casino. I recieved 30 fs for installing their app and was told the maximum win was $75. I managed to wager my bonus to only have my winnings cut down to $10. I then contacted their support and they told me that the bonus had a maximum win of 5x the bonus amount.

Don't play here. They offer bonuses but then inform you with the wrong information. Their terms and conditions state that the maximum win from no deposit bonuses is $75NZD yet they informed me that the bonus is recieved had only a max win of 5x.

This casino is operating in Australia even though it’s illegal here. Our family member lost a very large sum on here after requesting he be barred due to a mental health issue. I am warning every single player: STAY AWAY from N1Bet (Stabletech N.V.). This is not a casino; it is an organized financial scam.
I deposited a total of €11,650. After winning, my balance was €10,490. Instead of processing my withdrawal, they blocked my account and used a predatory tactic to avoid a bank chargeback: they issued two tiny 'refunds' (€1160€) through their processor Techwave Solutions LTD.
Why they do this: They return 10-15% of your money to trick the bank into thinking the dispute is resolved, while they steal the remaining 85-90%.
Since these tiny payments, they have gone completely silent (ghosting). They are ignoring all emails and chat requests. This is a clear admission of liability—if I violated any terms, they wouldn't have returned a cent. They returned a small fraction only to manipulate the banking system.
I have already filed formal complaints with:
1. Antillephone N.V. (Curacao Regulator)
2. Wise Bank Fraud Department (Full investigation ongoing)
3. European Consumer Centres

I was not aware of the third party deposit and assumed everything was ok coz I was not stopped, warned or blocked, they happily took all deposits from third party allow me to play, then as soon as a withdrawal they hit me with the T&C I have be violated both the casino I have be scammed to this unfair treatment - n1bet2 refund the $40 I deposited and said I need to request a refund 🤦‍♂️ why not just credit it back to third party 🤦‍♂️ no point of giving $40 back coz if I win I won’t get I back😭

Predatory company.

I requested account deletion in late April, I was asked for feedback, I declined to provide it and reiterated my request for account deletion. I got a response back telling me I could take a break etc.

On May 22nd, I was able to log into the account, deposit and play. I emailed on the 23rd, requesting an account deletion and full indefinite exclusion. I was offered a €20 bonus to stay. I declined this, requesting the account was again closed, and got a response saying how lucky I had been at this casino.

As of now, they are failing to meet responsible gambling laws. I will be pursuing the refund due to their clear intent to break the law. Ive been playing n1 for around 4 years. I’ve deposited thousands into the site. I have done several withdrawals with no problem. But my last experience when trying to recoup a fraction of what I deposited, my account would not let me withdrawal. After days of back and forth and telling me it’s been escalated to the proper team to look into it. This withdrawal malfunction is happening to a few other members as well. It has been over a week and still not fixed. I get the run around over and over. This is how they treat their vip platinum members. N1Bet is currently withholding $24,000 of my winnings by using inconsistent and contradictory excuses. Over the last 24 hours, their support and VIP teams have changed their story four times to avoid paying me, moving from "withdrawal limits" to "bonus caps" and finally claiming that once a bonus is wagered, funds must be withdrawn instantly or they will be seized. This is a direct violation of the 2026 LOK transparency regulations and constitutes predatory conduct. Furthermore, despite me clearly communicating extreme financial distress and personal vulnerability, the platform has completely failed in its mandatory Duty of Care and Responsible Gambling protocols. They have ignored my formal disputes and are stalling to avoid a payout

Have been a user for a while and have had "receive bonuses" disabled and it's flagged as "If this switcher is not activated you will not be able to receive any bonuses.". Deposited $200 and won $9000 tried to withdraw then I was flagged as having won it with a $30 bonus they credited to my account prior to the $200 deposit without my knowledge then proceeded to confiscate $8500 worth of the winnings leaving me with $500 which is the max winnable with the $30 they gave me as a bonus.

After that I checked my balance which said "$500 Real cash" None of it was flagged as bonus cash. So I gambled that and won another $8000 and tried to withdraw that but it was also flagged as won with bonus cash so they adjusted my balance back to $600 this time and confiscated another $7400.
