Spoiled products, runaround customer service
These guys do not stand behind their products. My wife received a “nourish” moisturizer that was clearly spoiled. It smelled like mildew and caused her to break out. She tried to get the company to fix the situation and they refused - they told her “the smell is not for everyone”. This patronizing garbage is not even remotely accurate or appropriate. My wife has used natural products for a good long while. This product is spoiled. Avoid this company.

Great product; great results

At first I didn’t see any results. But since the products were a little pricey I continued using them. So glad I did. My skin is noticeably better. More firm, softer and glowing. Friends are wondering what I’ve been doing. Obviously I will continue. Goes well under makeup! Love the product.

Terrible customer service/return policy
I bought a set because I was trying to find something with fewer ingredients and more natural. I called as I didn’t notice a difference just before the 30’day return policy. I was told that some people need 60 days. So I called to return after 45-50’days and they didn’t find the call where I was told to try 60 days. They wer willing to accept the return and allow me more products for 70% what I paid. What?? It made no sense. Why would I want more product when what I was already using didn’t work. I would not buy, and document every thing so you don’t get shafted like I did.

Mine grew mold
My eye cream grew mold in less than 6 months. Naked and Thriving says it’s normal. I had to throw away a nearly full $70 jar and not so much as a store credit. Won’t buy from them again.

Excellent results in just over a month
I've been using these products for only over 1 month and not only my skin is smoother, it is also plumper and the finer lines around my eyes are diminishing. Love them. I truly believe that with consistency I will eventually rule out botox.

Empty Bottle!!
My order arrived and contained an empty bottle! I’ve emailed twice and completed a contact form, asking for help and heard nothing!! Not even an acknowledgment. I thought this was a good company but very disappointing as this product isn’t cheap.

Wrinkles are Fading Fast
After just a few weeks of using the Renew Serum, I’m already seeing a visible reduction in wrinkles. I’m in my mid-40s and have been a loyal Estée Lauder serum user for almost a decade. However recently I've felt my skin was aging faster than usual. I'm glad I made the switch to Naked and Thriving!

Not what I ordered. Not even close.
I purchased a gentle dry face brush, the gentle lymphatic contour brush. It’s like a dry body brush but for the face, unfortunately the item that came was not what I ordered, like at all. It resembled something cheap from Temu, not the branded item I was expecting.
I have emailed multiple times, explained with pics, multiple times, only to be met with generic responses and to speak with a different team member every time then requesting the same information.
I have since requested a refund as I have had enough dealing with team members requesting the same information every time. Read your emails, it’s not hard. I do not appreciate being made to feel like a number when it’s been 6 weeks now since I ordered and a month since I sent an email letting them know I had an issue. Sort it out guys.

Expensive product very few results.
I purchased 4 products, illuminating, renew, protect and rejuvenating. I have used up almost all of the products and see very little difference. My skin is soft, yes, but NO difference in wrinkles, age spots, etc. I did have breakouts on my forehead!
I will not purchase Naked & Thriving again. Lots of hype, expensive & very few results.
Note: I did use the products as indicated and when they are supposed to be used. I always read and follow instructions, so I’ve been applying the products properly! I have been using them for well over 4 weeks. They simply do not work for me.

Renew Resurfacing Night Serum includes gentle exfoliators that work to remove dull skin and debris while natural turnover is at its peak, supporting a brighter, more even-looking complexion. In an independent clinical study with 33 Renew users over 4 weeks, 97% showed a decrease in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, 100% showed an increase in hydration, and 7 out of 10 showed improvement in skin tone and texture. Illuminate BC+ Brightening Serum, on the other hand, focuses on enhancing skin’s natural radiance with bakuchiol and vitamin C, without exfoliating. Like Renew, Illuminate is clinically shown to hydrate skin and decrease the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles over 4 weeks. In addition, Illuminate is also shown to improve the look of dark spots and skin luminosity. I always ordered "naked and thriving"'s products without problems. But the last order, made on august 2025, never arrived since they keep on mailing it (3 times) to the wrong adress. I asked for a refund but the answer was: "at the moment we cannot make a refund". For this reason, i do not reccomend at all naked and thriving.

I really like some of the products but find them a little overpriced. Add to that they slap on a shipping insurance charge at checkout and I cant bring myself to order anything from them anymore. Value to cost ratio feels off.

The product itself is good but delivery issue with repeat order
The product itself is good, but I would warn potential customers in Australia that delivery is unreliable. On both delivery “attempts,” their carrier reported my address as “undeliverable” twice, and this is after emailing customer service about the initial delivery issue with their courier, DAI. I haven’t had similar problems ordering from other international stores. I’m going to have to find another product that will arrive safely and in a timely manner.

Allergic reaction
I purchased the renew serum, the illuminate and the protect serum. I used them cautiously and spaced out to make sure they are agreeing with my skin. Well on the day I used illiminate, vit C I had a terrible allergic reaction even though I have used vit c serums before for years. Their products are so extremely potent. My whole face swelled up, eyes were shoot and blisters oozing liquid. that was not the worst of it. The strong ingredients broke my skin barrier so my allergic reaction was followed by a terrible infection that I am still on antibiotics for. On top of everything it cost me hundreds of dollars going into urgent care facilities .
If you have sensitive skin and you have used gentle ingredients before please don’t buy naked and thriving, it’s extremely potent and bad for your skin barrier.

I absolutely love these products
I absolutely love these products — honestly they are the best I have found, and I’ve tried a lot of more expensive, great brands. My favorites are the nighttime serum and face oil. I use the daytime serum and oil too, but prefer the nighttime oil.
My skin is glowing and I’ve been using those products and the cleanser for 6 months. (63 years old, sensitive skin)

£72 for a face oil and the bottle won’t open. Contacted N&T and they refuse to take the bottle back to review it and send a new one. Very disappointing. The offered a 15 % coupon, as though that is compensation for a faulty product. Avoid this company if you can.
