I shopped in Nalli silks online and love the collection they have online and the saree I ordered and delivered is great Quality, beautifully handcrafted Kanchipattu tissue silk saree and absolutely in love with the gorgeous saree. Their customer service team was very helpful and excellent with all the shipping, tracking updates and they made it easy to track the order all together very great! Nalli silks is the best.

I live in the US and ordered two gorgeous saris from the incredible Nalli collection to be sent to India. By mistake, I put in the wrong shipping address. I contacted customer service immediately and received a very prompt response. Suprith Ezekiel in the customer service department helped me tremendously in getting the shipping address changed. He was incredibly helpful and even followed up multiple times with me and the recipient to ensure prompt delivery. I’m highly impressed with the level of commitment and professionalism he showed in his work. Nalli is fortunate to have such dedicated employees in their company. By the way, the saris are beautiful!!! I will certainly be ordering from them again.

Online experience was good ordering the Saree, but it is the 3rd party delivery company which gave us the run around without even trying being curious to find the destination address. Nalli's customer service was good with follow ups. Best is to change the delivery company for a better experience end to end. Emailing or texting the service status can be an added feature in the future otherwise one has to every time go to the system and add the way bill number to check the status of shipment. Overall 4/5 . Thank you

One Kanjivaram and one Mysore georgette saree..
Quality was great.
I wanted quicker delivery to be given as present for birthday. Through customer care I asked the team to ship quickly, which they did and it reached me on time!

I purchase one kanchipuram/Kanjivaram pure silk pure gold zari saree from nalli..quality is awesome, hand woven design is too much good and zari quality is very fine..overall very elegant piece.Customer service is very good...thank you so much to all members of Nalli brand.Iam really very happy to buy this saree from nalli...🙏

I live in the US and so I shopped online at Nalli for an upcoming family wedding due to limited time availability when I’m in India. There were issues with my order and I had reached out to their customer support team. I connected to Ashwini.NL who helped me through various issues to get my orders through. She was very responsive and quick. She proactively identified errors and helped me reverse a double order and refund. I appreciate the thoughtful support she provided along with clear communication.
I purchased online trusting the Nalli brand. Hope they come through with delivery and quality of the sarees. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping delivery will be smooth and sarees will meet my expectations.

Recently I brought saree from Nalli through online for my mother in law. The whole experience was Amazing the saree quality was very good. I will keep buying from them.

Do not buy online especially from US. They send me us Saree with plain border instead of what was shown in the picture.

Very poor quality Kanchipuram sarees. This used to be the place to get sarees on line but I have had terrible experience recently with the quality of the sarees both on line and in store in USA . The Chicago store is selling polyester like quality sarees saying this is Kanchipuram pure silk. My poor daughter who grew up here and had no idea what Kanchipuram silk was bought saree that’s is such poor quality for a puja before her wedding. Please don’t buy from here if you don’t want to waste money !

This is a great experience in the store.. All the staff sounds very helpful. I could not find the name i wrote and kept...This was around 17:01 PM..bill receipt states..2nd Floor person who was at that time between 16:30 to 17:04 PM...IST....they did fantastic job for the silk related- they got the right things. I waned to personally thank them, but i could not find their names... I feel sad about that.. Otherwise it was a great expierence.

Nalli online is worst....lady whom I talked to was lethargic unprofessional female who was not interested in helping the customer or selling their own products...useless online nalli store...Ahmedabad nalli in store shopping was good.ONLINE NALLI SHOPPING IS PATHETIC

My experience was very bad at Nally Sadie. I bought one sari online. The Cullah was not matching. It was a different sari and the one they sent was different and they were not ready to return it and it was very expensive. Sorry I will not recommend nalli sarees
