Nice tours, lodges good, cars okay but some minor issues

Hoping to get another lengthy reply from Namvic here.
I won't stop sharing my experiences, even though it was 5 years ago :)
Sad to see you're still in business, namvic!

We rented a 4 x 4 from Namvic, and then spent 12 nights with Namvic on a guided Damaraland tour visiting the very most remote areas, on hard, rocky terrain. This was a trip of our dreams. The Namvic team was professional, straightforward, open at any time to requests for advice or assistance, and always responsive and helpful.
Namvic Vehicle hire supplied a 4x4 at an affordable rate, and yes,
inevitably one may encounter (with any rental company, not just Namvic) niggling problems using a vehicle that has been used previously by many persons unknown who may not treat the vehicle with the care it needs on some of the most challenging terrain on the planet. The hirer must accept responsibility after diligently examining every aspect of the vehicle and terms of use; there are no traps or catches there. If something goes wrong it is only necessary to report the problem, and they rectify it as promptly as they can.
We found that Namvic Tours stood apart from other operators as an operation which takes on board and delivers on the clients specific safari aims and requirements, rather than trying to funnel the client into an existing tour structure (often at much greater cost).
