Excellent experience using this company. telephoned yesterday with details of my problem with the front door. Wonderful Customer Service.
They spoke to one of their engineers who diagnosed the problem then Customer Service called me back with a quote, we agreed a time for the visit. The locksmith attended and did a very good job in replacing the lock and everything is now working as it should. Highly recommended

Not impressed.
Visited them with a view to changing out a lock to something more secure.
Got the impression they weren't overly impressed with a potential customer turning up - think they preferred non face-face communication instead.
Anyways, after showing me a product and taking the details of the lock size I wanted & taking my contact details ( phone + e-mail address ), I never heard anything more from them and ended up visiting a local rival - where I got good service and made a purchase.
Won't be visiting again.
