Don’t trust this company.

They made out that they would help and then it turned out they were taking a huge interest every month. So the money towards the bills were so low that we’d never be debt free. Eventually, I requested that they ask the bank for an amount and for us to clear this. NDC came back with a sum that was more than £1000. Somehow, my mum managed to save up and clear it. When I called the bank later they informed me that they were happy to close the bank based on the fact we pay £120, so the rest was being taken by NDC. I was absolutely horrified and cancelled immediately. If you want actual support, these aren’t the people I would go to.
