Awful and disappointing experience, first order made but never received the item. I opened at least 4 or 5 claims but never gor an answer back. Tried to ask for money refund but still no answer except "claim closed". Absolutely NO customer care. I do NOT recommend any order on their website.

I love this store, but I had a negative experience with the "click and collect" option. I asked the manager to help me order an item to the store - he recommended it from the ND website while I was in the store after I asked if ND had facial massagers) and, rather than being delivered to the store as was discussed and agreed upon after a very long ordering process in store (about 40 minutes to order a 30 euro product), it ended up being delivered to my mailbox at home rather than the store which is steps from my house. Later, I received 3-5 calls to my mobile phone asking me to sign a DPD delivery service attestation about the item so it could be re-ordered, as their system registered the item as lost. The item was a face massager to reduce stress. The store tripled my stress with the delivery confusion, multiple emails and follow up phone calls about the DPD attestion. Going forward, I will only buy products already in the store. The click and collect option IN STORE is supposed to be easy and straightforward and it was NOT. NEVER AGAIN.
