ASHP installed in Sept 2020 by NBEC. System never properly commissioned. Initial problems with wifi resolved by myself, wire missing on MMSP, still to this day changing settings to improve efficiency because it was never commissioned properly, never able to get anyone to address my concerns, resorted to paying Mitsubishi to service after a year. 1st service identified no antifreeze in system.

I have had nothing but trouble with NBEC since my system was installed in May 2018. It took me over a year to get registered for the RHI Grant because NBEC didn't know how the process worked. Customer Service was non existent. I've just found out from RHI that they are no longer MCS registered, (which makes sense because they missed three service appointments where I had stayed in all day - I don't know if they are still trading.) I've now had my MMSP (metering and monitoring) payment suspended by RHI - that's over £200 pounds for the next 4 Years. I would advise that you stay well away.

We paid NBEC over £8000 deposit to install a heat pump and solar panels. They have taken our money and run away and cannot be contacted.

I paid NBEC renewables over £8000 for work that they have not done and they are not replying to me or contacting me to explain.

Heat pump installed by subcontractor on behalf of NBEC satisfactorily in July 2020. Annual maintenance carried out in July 2021 found a problem that needed to be rectified. To date I have contacted them 10 times without even an acknowledgment. I now find that neither of their phone lines are active. What is going on?

I accepted a quote with then alongside green homes grant scheme, never respond to emails never respond to calls, finally got an install date , never turned up for install, never sent a surveyor around as promised, no work carried out, now contacted by green homes grant scheme to state they have tried to claim my voucher and get payment from the government when no work has been carried out, beware of this company.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. We have been waiting more than 5 months for remedial work to complete our system. Excuse after excuse, waiting in for hours, no call to explain why they are not turning up. Don’t answer calls or ring back when they say.(also let other friends down in the same way) they have over stretched their business.

Arranged for someone to give us a quote , they message me last minute to say the can't make it, they arranged the week after, so my wife waited in again, they never bothered to even call to say there not coming this time. Will take my money somewhere else then

Jon was quick to contact me and arrange a site visit (bear in mind that they are 60 miles away) , quoted me then and there, left me with the full information. I contacted them, arranged the independent survey which agreed with the NBEC survey and they installed within the week, only taking 2 days for a full heat pump and radiator installation. They helped with the RHI claim and the system does what it should! Very happy! Just waiting on a bit of tidying up and the job will be a good one!

As a retired vicar, I've had the responsibility of looking after church buildings of several types and needed builders and other trades; I recognise those who are competent, and those who are well practiced. Such were the people who installed our system in two days.
Top rate and pleasant to be around too.

NBEC fitted our airforce heat pump and solar panels last year. They are friendly, reliable and their customer service is brilliant.

Excellent service. Very easy to communicate with office and very hard working group of professional workers.

We have no regrets about choosing NBEC to supply and install our new air source heat pump. All the staff were polite, punctual and efficient and bent over backwards to please us.
The job was done swiftly and professionally and we are delighted with it.

This turned out to be a far bigger job than anyone expected but Andy and his team were the ultimate professionals throughout, never complaining and always finding innovative ways around the inevitable problems that surfaced on a daily basis.
The equipment arrived on the specified day and Andy and his team worked tirelessly to get the job finished, for which we are very grateful.
We now have a lovely warm home with plenty hot water and reduced energy bills - what more could you ask for?
I have no hesitation in recommending NBEC to any future customers and would urge everyone to consider a renewable energy heating system installed by NBEC.

Not heard anything from initial meeting. Misunderstanding of the situation led to no communication. A phone call cleared the matter up however could have been resolved sooner. They saw my first review and got in contact straight away to solve the problem.I really do not understand why you could not grasp that it was only the bathroom that was on hold. Jon keeps saying in his text messages on a Sunday morning that he did not want to keep calling me he has never called me not once he said he must have understood my email then why on earth didn't he ring to clarify things. Then after many text messages on a Sunday morning I thought we had come to a understanding now you have changed again. The Appropriate people will be informed.we are not Awaiting other quotes. We have All ready had a quote from another supplier and was waiting to see what times they had for fitting. I have asked Jon to now leave us alone and certainly not Ring again on a Sunday morning at 09.37 after I have been at work. Good luck in the future.

Lewis and Craig made a great team! Worked efficiently and everything went like clockwork! Installed a full air source heating system in a day and a half!! Hard working lads!! Friendly and easy to communicate with. Lewis explained the system clearly to me. All tidied up nicely before they left. Thank you! The office also do an excellent job. In fact everyone involved in getting this system installed has been fantastic.

No problems apart from communication, which can be a bit slow.

Great company and a great decision to go for a heat pump!

Please avoid this company, very friendly, however bad customer service.
I have quote and pay for solar panels with micro converters and the panels was installed without micro converters.
The worse was they have mess up with paper work and instead of I received 3.5 pences per kw of electricity I received 0.15 pences per kw,in other words insead of I received £100 per year for 20 years I will receive £4 per year which mean I will receive £1920 less
